Loki and most Asgardians (Loki is murdered by children of Thanos after offering Tesseract to spare Thor's life. Thor is forced to watch and this immensely changes him and further fuels his rage towards Thanos throughout the movie. But before this Thanos and his army blast a hole into the ship and shoot down the Asgardians)
Most of Nova Corps meets their end after Thanos comes to retrieve the Power stone (they cause a diversion and attempt to flee their planet but are shot down out of the sky by Thanos' army and he retrieves the Power Stone and blows their planet while watching from his ship.
The Collector dies after Thanos chokes him to death and retrieves the Reality Stone.
Captain America dies fighting in Wakanda after taking the heart shaped herb and making the decision to confront Thanos on his own. Despite holding his own exceptionally well momentarily, Thanos makes quick work of him and actually commends him on his brave effort and the heart he has before pummeling him into the dirt and punching him with the Infinity Gauntlet. Others quickly come to his aid but it's too late.
Hawkeye dies but not before getting upgraded Armor from Tony. He is killed by one of Thanos children with an energy blast.

Cap is gone. Period. There's nothing for it. It happened in the comics, it'll happen in the movies. Iron Man probably won't die. First off, he's the poster child of the MCU. Second off, the only thing keeping RDJ from agreeing to another set of films is Marvel not coming out and offering. He's said, multiple times, that he'll play Stark for as long as Marvel pays him to. He'll likely fall into the roll that Nick Fury played in the previous films. short, sweet, plot-driving cameos.

ok i have cheat i seen the cast member of the next avenger4 in it will be some of these character. Scarlet Witch, Gamora, Loki, Dr. Stephen Strange, Peter Quill / Star-Lord, Scott Lang / Ant-Man (the movie antman and the wasp will be before avenger i. w) and we will see cassie lang as stinger avenger 4, vison, hulk (i am not sure, War Machine and i am not sure for falcon it will be some of these character. yes iron man will be in avenger 4 with the boy Harley Keener from iron man 3

Oh cmon! RDJ brings in more moolah, and is the founding father of Avengers. Imagine bumping off Cappie and tony stark and expecting Avengers to continue as a legacy. It cant go on forth with black panther, Thor and star lord. Other than Chris Hemsworth, none have the star power. Kill romanoff, hawk eye and even Loki for that matter of fact.

Personally it would suck to see Iron Man go but I think he has to. still, if he does make a noble day-saving sacrifice, I'd much rather him end the conflict in Avengers 4 than end a battle in Infinity W, even if it would be more unpredictable.

You're wrong about Hawkeye. He'll become Ronin.
Also why do you think nobody would notice if Hawkeye died? He's actually one of my favorites. He might not have powers but neither does Tony or Nat or Quill, and everyone loves them.
