Things Marvel Wants You To Forget About Scarlet Witch Inu: Wanda apparently felt absolutely NOTHING for her brother, nor did any of the Avengers aside from a wee bit of regret from Hawkeye when he died. No funeral, no eulogy, no HONEST grieving, nothing. Might as well have flushed him away like a dead goldfish. Relationship with her bro? Yeah, about a millimeter deep. Quicksilver dies saving an Avenger's life and the life of a child and what thanks or honors did he get? The whole Marvel universe is lovely to see on screen, but its story is so fragmented and disjointed that it acts like a bad install of Windows Millennium. It's why I stopped reading the comics and even gave up on the movies. Holding the storyline together was just taking too much webfluid, spit, and paperclips.

I'm so incredibly sick of MCU dampening the INSANELY strong women to hype comparatively weaker men. They've done it with Wanda, obviously, and they've done it with Ororo Munroe (Storm, and until X-Men Apocalpyse, they did it to Jean Grey. I'm sick of characters like Wolverine being hyped as the Ultimate Mutant when Jean or Wanda could literally disassemble him at a molecular level, and Steve Rogers and Tony Stark are the centers of this Universe. Like bro- If you had a 3/3 Jean, Wanda, and Ororo vs. Cap, Tony, and Logan-- ain't no kind of way the men are coming out of that, unless of course it's the MCU rules, and the girls are just for eye candy or to serve as sidekicks.

Age of ultron She controlled the mind of god thor and the avengers and all human being around the city
Civil war she defeat vision, black widow, black panther, iron man, spiderman and the villain in first fight of civil war in one hand
Infinity war she defeat the black order the ship, sheld the gauntlet with 5 stone and she hold thanos and destroy mind stone in one hand
Endgame she almost killed thanos and destroy the infinity sword in one hand while all avengers didnt
But in that movie she didnt controlled her power in 50%
She only have 20% to 25% power at that time and if she fully controlled her power she is like a powerful pheonix(without pheonix

House of M was a pretty big event; I don't think they want us to forget about it. It was basically a way to revert the progress of human/mutant relations so that mutants are kept as a minority, at least to my understanding, because if mutants actually become accepted there'll be less interesting stories. That ended when Scarlet Witch used her power, combined with Hope Summers, to destroy the Phoenix Force and bring back the mutant race (although the Phoenix Force didn't actually die.
I feel like those are too big to be forgotten, although obviously the comics have moved on to different unrelated storylines. :)

Honestly, nothing should be forgotten about Wanda as her powers havent been dove into and scratched the surface on! Now. a movie based on her and Vision having had the twins, and when her break lands her against the Avengers, however, Dr Strange stopped her from being the threat with a spell. Scarlet Witch & Vision. Revisited.
If not giving this power couple a fair chance to touch base on what they can truly do, then allow her at least to be with mutants and allow to unite with her sister, Polaris. since the screen writes have already killed off her brother

The actual thing they want you to forget completely is how massively overpowered she is compared to the others. In Civil War, they basically had to disappear her from the screen for a full 6 mn at the airport so the others would have a chance to show off a little. I guess she was doing her nails or something. No explanation needed. And conveniently her mind-control powers disappeared as well. Or she could have just done what she did in AoU when she incapacitated the whole Avengers team by messing with their minds in less than 2 mn. Airport battle scene gone.

The magneto/daddy situation boils down to. 1960's: X-men first published. by the end of the 60's X-men has dropped in sales and Wanda Pietro are moved to Avengers and made good guys - quick! Cut all ties with the bad guy daddy. By the start of the 80's X-men are cool again thanks to new characters and new writers, Avengers startes to suck, magneto anti hero now - you ARE the daddy. Switch back and forward for a while and now anything X-men is toxic to marvel because of FOX

Scarlet Witch's so unimportant in the MCU, even her actress comes off kind of bland compared to others. There really was no build-up over the course of these films for me to care about her or Vision's relationship despite also taking place in the comics, not to mention the death was perversed anyway considering what Thanos did to obtain the Mind Stone. I like her in the comics though, but her performance in the movies is meh at best.

Too bad they made her little weak and left her with telekinesis instead. They said that they have to make the character's powers balance, especially in civil war. They made her weak and have telekinesis its because they don't want her to be much powerful than others that she might kill them in Civil war. Making her so powerful will be so unfair because of the others. Would be cool if she has her powers in the comics tgo

Well look at the part she played in Avengers Endgame. Phenomenal. She came back confident, powerful, and vengeful. She had that fire in her eyes and the rage. Thanos couldnt even get a single hit on her and she almost killed him to the point that he had to sacrifice some of his troops to save himself. Wow. I hope the WandaVision series on Disney+ showcases more of her awesome power.
