Movie Dance Scenes That Will Haunt You Searia: I absolutely loved the movie SPLIT. The main character's performance was truly Oscar worthy and I will be very disappointed if he isn't nominated for his work in this film.
QUESTION
If you play 23 different characters in a movie should the main Personality get the big paycheque and all the Alters (other Personalities) get Union Scale pay for their appearances? Or, alternatively (pun intended) should they be each paid Union Scale based on how long each of them appears in the movie?
. jk.

I just realized how many times Lynch has used dancing to terrifying effect. There's the Blue Velvet one as mentioned. The In Heaven song from Eraserhead is down right nightmare inducing, and that random choreographed dance in the middle of Inland Empire is weirdly unsettling. I'm sure he's done it more but that's all o can think of.

As a young girl who watched Labyrinth during its movie release- Jareth the Goblin King changed a lot of things for me. That ballroom scene will always be hot and worth viewing again and again. ;) Nothing scary about it, even though Jareth was the villain.

I smiled the other day when seeing Ex Machina on Netflix's list of recent additions. That means more film fans will be able to experience A24's best film, and one of the most thought provoking sci fi's since 2000.

Lmao whoever thought the SPLIT dance scene was scary needs to get out more, I wasnt even slightly unsettled. It was half funny and half cringy to be honest. So basically it was. SPLIT badumtss: >

So we dont actually get to hear any of the music they dance to? Reduce the talk, talk, talk and play some of the music they dance to. Thats the cream, man.

How about Christian Bale wearing a clear rain coat holding an ax, dancing to Hughie Lewis and the News in American Psycho?

Angelas possessed dance in Night of the Demons is FREAKY. Shes breathing hard and the music and lights make it so eerie.
