im black but no go on MBJ. he'd pull of a black batman over a black superman. moat of his roles thus far have been him being dark, brooding and/or angry at the world. whixh now i think about it MBJ would be PERFECT for the reimagined version of Cyborg and John Stewart (Green Lantern. he a bit young for John Stewart so Idris Elba would be best for John Stewart but if they wanted to re-spin John Stewart than MBJ xould do that.

Comic Super Hero's don't exist in reality, thus they rely 100% on having, well. consistent character and a consistent appearance. If a super hero has no specific racial appearance, then they're nothing more than a vague nothingness. How much character would Black Panther retain, if they cast a teenybopper blond transgender boy to girl in a black mans place? Sure you're being inclusive, but you've ruined the character in the process.

Tom Welling, duh. That was the great, late Christopher Reeve's choice to play the next big screen Man of Steel because he said so. If anyone would know about who should play Superman, Reeve knew. If you give Welling a great director & script he could be great as Superman. Hell he's already got Clark Kent down. He's a better choice than anyone on your list.

I am a brown guy myself but I can't imagine superman being non white actor. Somethings that ain't broke should not be changed, if diversity is what you aim for then cast actors of colour for characters who are not already well known and accepted to be white. No one complained about superman being white.

this vid is ridiculous! . Nicholas Cage SHOULD NOT be included in this vid. he WAS not considered to replace Henry Cavill. he is already 54 years old! . Cage was tapped to do Superman 21 years ago, when he was still 33. and that movie never made the cut.
