I feel this needs to be given a short mention at least, as it highlights how important Fox was to the movie even before anything was shot. They werent changing it for fun.

I'm surprised that Marlon Brando could still be cast in any movies by 1996. Even while making Mutiny On The Bounty in 1962, Brando was despised by most of the cast and crew for his extremely self-centered and obnoxious behavior. How he kept getting cast is beyond me; his earlier works are pretty good, but he became a caricature of himself by the 1980s. At least Vito Corleone was a well played part, because I'm not even sure his performance as Doctor Moreau could even be called phoning it in.

I wish people would get over the Twilight switch. She wasn't that iconic. Neither actress was particularly brilliant in that part, but I at least found Howard watchable which is more than I can say for Lefevre. And I sincerely wish they had chosen someone else for her male partner. Whoever that guy was, he was utterly ridiculous in the part. None of them were as memorable as the Laurent character and the actor who portrayed him.

The re-casting of the Aaliyah wasn't a choice. The woman died so, if they were including the character, they obviously needed to re-cast. I figure the rest of the cast was upset by her death, not that Nona Gay was cast in the role.
Charlie Hunnam dodged a huge bullet when he dropped out of Twilight. He said 'scheduling conflicts but I think the real reason is that the script was so very bad.

That last interview of Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan where they say they struggled to work with each other is clearly a joke. Don't turn banter moments into seriousness just because you need to add a counter-argument that doesn't exist, just say that their chemistry might not have been as great but ended up just fine. The actors were clearly joking when answering that question.

Uhh how about OJ Simpson being cast as the original Terminator. but was replaced once producers thought he couldnt be seen as violent. Thank GOD for Arnold.
Or Jean Claude being cast as the original Predator in a big pink ant suit, but quit once he learned his face wouldnt be seen and he wouldnt be able to do his martial arts on the film.

Bryce initially turned down the movie because the Part wasn't big enough. And when it got big enough, she had no idea what she was doing. I really hope she learned a lesson from that, being a legacy doesn't mean you get a pass. But I would've gladly waited for the movie to be released in November instead of June for Rachelle to be in it.

I first watched twilight then read the whole series in 4 days. All through I imagined the old Victoria so it really threw me off seeing the new actress play her. That was all I thought about when I watched Eclipse. Rachelle was so much better and I was actually scared of Victoria.
