The Most Disturbing Movies Of 2018 Albert: No offense I didn't really find most of these movies disturbing I mean somewhere just capable of keeping you on the edge of your seat that's about it but doing degrees some of these movies were disturbing but we're not talking about like so disturbing that you would be shocked that they went there disturbing they're more shocking than disturbing to tell you the truth like they're nothing crazy to go over to at all not even revengeand it was a good movie don't get me wrong but not everything is considered disturbing I mean of this is what you consider serving then you have to have a very weak and feeble mind your stomach has to be easily upset by just noises and certain camera angles of that's what disturbing is to you and I movies list I don't think any of these for disturbing they're on settling or maybe leave you on ridge like I said and the only movie I find frightening is heredity hope it pronounce that right but the point is this there was only one good horror movie which is the one with the creepy little girl that I hope I pronounce right about the movie and maybe a couple of others but rather than that there was nothing else that I considered disturbing at all but that's just my opinion

I can't understand why people like Hereditary. It failed to make the audience connect with the characters, the dialogue was horrible, and basically the end that was supposed to be a big plot twist was basically a big flop because it had nothing to do with the rest of the movie. And even if there where points to connect the end with the rest of the plot, it was so badly written that it failed as if they just added the ending hoping people wouldn't notice.
While I do have to admit that there where moments that this movie really gave me the chills (the deaths of the little girl and the dad, the acting of the mother when she finds out her daughter is dead) and I was more than happy to see that this movie didn't have many jumpscares (which is now tiring to see in horror movies) it still failed to make me scared or interested at all.

Overlord a excellent World War 2 movie are you insane? It was absolutely the worst World War II movie I've ever seen in my life, it was like a bunch of 17 year old kids decided to make a war movie using Facebook and Twitter as a source of historical data. I try to walk into movies with an open mind and tell myself it's only a movie. But this dog was horrible. The problem was it could have been a good movie because it had a good premise. But again it was like a group of guys walked into an office and said we have 50 million dollars to make a movie, 49 million is for CGI what can you do with the rest? Oh yeah we might need a script.

1. Suspiria is freaky and terrifying and unforgettable. Ever.
2. Heredity is even better than Suspiria, with Oscar-worthy performances by Toni Collette and Alex Wolff. It should have done much better at the box office, and it deserves to become a cult classic (As does Ari Aster's follow-up, Midsommar.
3. I was disappointed by Annihilation because I read the book first and loved it, so the nearly complete rewrite by Alex Garland just made me mad. Maybe I'd have liked it better if I hadn't read the book; the bear-thing was certainly scary. But I kind of don't think I'd enjoy it much. It's trippy but ultimately meaningless.

so a woman seeking revenge with a gun on the men that wronged her well thats just fine, school shootings be damned, but a man seeking revenge while armed with a gun on the men that wronged him, well thats just ill timed right wing propaganda

I've seen the Apostle and Annihilation. I have to disagree with Looper about those two films. I felt that they were interesting, but not all that disturbing. The ending of each of them, made me say. Umm that was kind of interesting. I found Annihilation particularly, underwhelming, not to mention the very subtle ending.

The Predator, The Nun and Slender Man were disturbing disappointments! I like the new Suspiria movie but don't overrate it to the point of delusion. The original is much better. Mandy was a great comeback for Nicolas Cage. And I love Death Wish - another great comeback for Bruce Willis

Suspiria was great, but better than the original? Not really because they are both wildly different films. It's really a basic plot and name remake. Both are great in their own ways, but I think wouldn't say one was better than the other.

Is it just me or has Looper uploaded this episode before? I swear every description of these movies has been recycled from previous episodes. and that the same combination of films has been used many times this year

Suspiria Annihilation and First Reformed were all 3 bloody awful which is why they were disturbing. I dont know why these 3 movies keep getting pushed on us. Theyre awful and Im not sorry to say it.
