How Podrick's Song Reveals Jon Snow's Fate amit: My feeling is Jon would get the throne no matter what happens to Danny. The reasons behind my thinking are:
1) The main poster of season showcases 4 people. Cercei, Jon, Danny and the Night King.
2) The night king and Cersei are out of the race obviously because they are evil in one or the other ways.
3) That leaves us to Jon and Danny. Between these two, if one looks at their individual journey in life what are the common characteristics in them which make them contenders of the throne? - Followed by many people, Liked by those people who follow them, Belief in 'Just and fair' system, Good at keeping talented people and fighting for them and so on.
4) The characteristic which I feel differs between them is --> Jon never wanted to be a King and that is highlighted even after he knew he is Aegon whereas Danny always wanted to be a queen - which is not wrong however not different from sy Cercei or Little Finger or anyone else who wants to be on the throne. Jon never used cruel methods to kill someone - no matter what the situation is - whereas Danny had to use those once or twice even when she wasn't happy about those decisions afterwards ( burning people alive.
5) When Danny has come to known that Jon is the rightful ruler of seven kingdoms, what happens to her just Sense? Her character as built up from the start cannot afford to take over this ultimate trait of her personality therefore she would not hesitate to fight for her friend Jon and request him to sit on the throne.

You are soooooo wrong. It's the total opposite.
Dany is going to give up her quest for the iron throne to be with Jon. Bet on it
Jon could give two shits about a claim to the iron throne, so him giving it up has ZERO meaning and barely any impact whatsoever.
Now, Dany has lived her entire life hell bent on taking back what she believes is rightfully hers and stolen from her family. It's what the entire basis of her storyline on this show has been about for Christ's sake. Now, don't you think HER giving up her claim to be with Jon would be waaay more meaningful and get everyone right in the feels when that big moment happens?
So yeah, I think alot of you are seriously misdirected.

It's possible but albeit with a twist. With foreshadowing often gives you hint it is not usually an exact mirror of what's to come. If anyone would need to relinquish the crown for power to rule the 7 kingdoms it would be Daenery's doing this of Jon Snow so they could marry one another. She would be Queen and him be King. He has already proven capable of relinquishing power to do what is right for his people. IS she willing to do the same? Jon Snow is the only one the North would accept and the rest of the country could accept him as well because of his birthright. Then at the end for him and her to marry one another would be a great ending and ruling the iron throne together.

its about danny she dances with her ghouts meaning shes dead and the ones she found and the ones she cant rember their names her old love khal drago and her new love jon snow and the ones that loved her the most was her brother who needed her for everything a tool he needed to fulfill his dream and she died where kings of old lived and died and never wanting to leave ment wanting to stay to fulfill her destiny or path in life before she died and the fact that arya rides of on a white horse hints towards danny if the horse was balck it would hint towards jon snow danny dies at the red keep and the pedestal of stone would be the iron throne

Lol I understand that we as fans cant help it, but we were all fooled again, looking for meaning or a connection to the story that never existed. Great song, great moment, but thats all it was. D&D smartly got everyone to dissect and interpret the song so much that it allowed em to overlook how terrible the episodes of the final season actually were. All spectacle w/ no substance, the moment this song was sang was a perfect example as well. It doesnt mean anything, is hard to make any sense of, but sounds and looks great which is all were going for right now lol.

If Jon Abdicates his Kingship to marry Danny, and Danny takes the Throne and marries Jon. that still makes Jon. King. it's interesting backstory, but the theory doesn't make much sense, unless they both abdicate to live at the waterfalls, and someone else takes the Iron Throne after Tyrion or Jamie kills Ceresi (valonqar prophecy by Maggy the Frog(My bet is on Jamie, Tyrion doesn't care enough about Cersei to be driven to bloodlust, Jamie on the other hand.

The story about Bran the builder who build the wall with Magic and gaints. A Stark must be at the wall and at Winterfell. Uncle Benjen was a Stark at the wall first then Jon. Also the Starks are the only House in the seven kingdoms that bury their dead in a crypt beneath Winterfell. Very strange don't you think, I think the dead Starks will rise again for this war.

Why would Jon have to choose between ruling as king and marrying Dany when he can just do both?
Plenty of rulers in GoT have married their relatives. Aegon the Conqueror married his two sisters.
Either Jon or Dany will die in the White Walker War. Probably Jon.
Dany will remain to rule as Queen and raise their child that she is currently pregnant with.

but. also in the book, there's a daenerys profecy which said she's going to be betrayed three times. She's already been two times: by blood and by gold. The one which lasts it's a betrayal by love. Following that line, maybe while everyone expect jon to decline the throne to stay with her, he will do take it and leave her to get the throne. For the throne.

Omg john might give up the throne for Danny? . you mean the character who has NEVER sought power or to be the leader might not actually want to be king! Gasp! If you've been paying attention to John's character at all you know that the only way he ends up on the iron throne is if there are no other suitable candidates and he doesnt get a choice.
