Explaining The End Of S8E4 Of Game Of Thrones Sunshine: C'mon nah, I don't like to complain about the show bc I know it takes a lot to create and proceed to visually make it fit cohesively but, I was really perplexed by this episode and how they're setting Dani up to be this so called mad queen. I think it's ridiculous and I hope its a setup and it doesnt come to fruition. Dani went on to do all this good for people, freeing cities and freeing slaves, helping Jon and the North bring down the NK, lost her best friend Tears for Missande and her Fcking dragons Tears! Bad writing, and her character has changed so much that she can't grow and change. It's cheap and ridiculous. Jon is weak and he's just like his uncle Eddark, Varys is fake concerned about the realm, he's betrayed many kings and queens he's a flip flopper and a ballsless douchebag he's not loyal and in the books he's even worse. Dani has been through so much, I hope she burns down that city down, fck them all. Start over fresh, if I were her I would fly at night and take out eron and then cersi's evil a. I would of liked Dani to reflect and see that these titles are the destruction for man and let that so sht go. Everyone should let go of these titles and just be democratic, but no political system is free of tyranny or evil, it seeps in no matter what. I'm pissed about so much in this episode. Sansa is a snake she betrayed Jon on purpose btw, she is the new peter belish and cersi all wrapped up in one. She knew exactly what she was doing. I hope she gets lit on fire too!

In my opinion, the show has been terrible since it ran out of source material. The dialogue is shit, they keep rehashing old tales, no new characters, none of the political maneuvering that made earlier seasons so awesome and the characters truthfully as so shit. It's become a hack and slash action series whereas previously it showed the grittiness of real world politics and medieval warfare. Their attempts at politics has been laughable compared to GRRM's. Oh, and they indiscriminately slaughter the dragons to drive up the ooohhs in a tasteless attempt to be shocking.
I can wait for the next book. F the show

I'm too cheap to pay for TV, so I'm following this via youtube clips and what my friends tell me. How is Cersei the bad guy? She crushed the religious zealots, ruthlessly, but had she not done that having that ' throne ' would be like having a crackerjack box toy. She didn't invade the north, her kingdom is being invaded by them. She's not taking anything from them. They could have stayed in their castle in the north and had a great life and she would have cheerfully ruled her kingdom, albeit with an iron fist on an iron throne, but she's no worse than the others. ;-)

I never believed Jon was a bastard. Until now. Poor Dany, even her ally's and boyfriend is against her, her sons killed, her bestfriend beheaded. I have a feeling all the good and awesomeness Dany has shown will be overshadowed by season 8 plot. Jon already has begun taking over. Dany rose from the ashes over and over, fought slavery and literally saved Jon et al's assess in exchange for her son's life. Jon rose from the dead not due to his own effort but the witch's yet he gets all the credit. Uggggghh.

That episode foreshadowed the ending. Jon Snow will not be with Dany, he will return to the north and be with the Wildlings. Gendry is still the primary in line for the crown once Arya kills Cersie during the Clegane Bowl. Dany will die with her dragon and Euron will try to take the crown when Jamie Lannister yet again slays a King and returns to win back Brienne. I wouldn't be shocked if Tyrion returns to Winterfell to be again with his former wife.

In Season 08E5 review Euron looks in the sky and is shocked, maybe the dragon is carrying that big long Chain from North of the wall, and has a wrecking ball attached to the bottom & will fly high from a safe distance and destroy all the ships and also the Scorpion weapons at Kingslanding, and that's how they will enter and kill cersei, or how about bring fireballs and drop them from the sky on the ships and burn them like Messandei said Dracarys.

Yeah that episode sucked. Like, how do u ambush someone with a fleet of huge ships especially with Dany flying 200 feet in the air over an open sea? They try to make it look like they were hiding behind 2 little islands, really. Then they just scoop up Miss Sand leaving everyone else alive. Oh yeah that Greyjoy guy is just plain goofy as well, I feel sorry for the actor playing him, he'll probably never get work after this.

I laugh at people who thinks that Dany is becoming or has become the mad queen.
Cut her some slacks she sacrificed and lost a lot of her armies, 2 dragons (her children, Jorah, missandei got captured and executed, respect from Sansa and last but not the least her claim to the iron throne.

Honestly I hate how jon snow is getting so much attention the dragons aren't even his and Danny lost them cause of him and so did Danny loose her whole army cause of him this completely bull shit that she suffered everything so they can care less about her and just think she is nothing

I'm just happy we are past the NK stuff, while it was entertaining Cersei is a much much more interesting character and imo villain. I always enjoyed the political human side of GOT over all the supernatural stuff. It's all about the Game to me.
