Tom Holland's Father Weighs In On Spider-Man Leaving The MCU

There is no Spidey planned for MCU Phase 4.
Given current storyline is built to force to have Spidey to go into hiding anyway, means he can be excused the need to pop up in MCU cameos too.
So when he returns, it may be mid Phase 5 or so, giving Sony a clear gap of 2-3 years.
So what Sony wants to do during this gap is simple.
Try to do a Spidey into the Venomverse outside of MCU.
Of course, this may enrage fans & destroy content quailty as feared.
But may still make good money for Sony to enjoy alone, without giving Disney.
And once all their is done, can have another high profile declaration.
Claiming to send Spidey back to MCU in Phase 5 or so, though he was never technically out.
Who knows, they would establish Venom & Sinister Six too by then properly with Spidey.
So can then send them in too, making more money & fans crazy.

The problem with the current SpiderMan now is that it's well connected with MCU timeline so leaving the MCU will be VERY difficult for Sony to cover up missing characters like Happy Hogan which is obviously a part of SpiderMan now as Peter's new mentor & presumably foster uncle. Also if Sony will not hire director Jon Watts again for the 3rd sequel and the 4th sequel, I think the movie will suck. Tbh I am looking forward to 3rd sequel to feature Kraven the hunter & the return of Mac Gargan/Scorpion from Homecoming. As for the Amazing Spiderman 2 (Andrew Garfield) Sony can also continue it for 3rd sequel to feature Miles Warren/ Jackal for his revenge to Spiderman after the death of Gwen Stacy and the birth by cloning of Ben Reilly/ Scarlet Spider.

MCU is the universe of heroes including the Amazing Spiderman his fundamental to that universe the nail of Marvel Comics and his Fans forever the movie land is big there's room for many heroes from the same universe so maybe something has to be settled out through taking and independently from any big money movie companies?

Let's hope this doesn't turn out to be just a rumor as it is not confirmed. The false hope would be as devastating as watching Spiderman go in Infinity War. We might need a petition.
