Well Sony doesn't own Tom Holland what if Marvel Studios brings back Tom Holland and Peter Parker but since everything was exposed about him in Far From Home Shield helps him get a new identity and he starts an internship at Stark Industries so he hangs up his Spider-Man Persona for something different.

This is just of theory, but I have this feeling that Tom Holland is gonna take over the iron man roll once Robert Downey Jr retires and Tom gets a little older. Sure people have been saying that Tony Starks daughter might take the job. but this is just a theory.

You can tell RDJ doesnt know what to do next career wise. Make sense though. he spent 11 years with Iron Man. It will take while for him to adapt to not being Iron Man. Poor guy.
