Scarecrow doesn't have a literal origin in Batman Begins. He's already a villain from when he's introduced. The only villain origins we see play out in the Trilogy are Two-Face, and flashbacks to Bane and Talia.

A big reason I liked Spider Man Into the Spider -Verse was the fact that they poked fun at the fact that the origin story has been covered repeatedly. same with Batman
