Hey,
So a few things regarding the ending- no one notices this, but the reason why Kassie and Beth's getaway car stops is because if you see the fuel tank at the end, it shows the pointer on E- meaning that the car was out of gas. Another point is that Deadite Danny is a homage to the OG series' Deadite eyes
Another thing that the ending/potential story could be is that the Necronomicon is left open in that room, plus the Marauder is only made up of 3 beings- Ellie, Bridget, and Danny. So what about the rest of the Deadite neighbors? Could this be a REC style Army of Darkness where other oblivious residents can turn into Deadites?
And also, what happened to the cat?
These are just some blink and miss moments including unanswered questions of the film.

This film was WILD, there s not much that can make me question sleeping with the lights off. This was disturbing and the way it plays with the broken family dynamics and psychological games is terrifying. I m glad I watched this at the cinema and not at home because I wouldn t want this energy in my home. I love the franchise and I think this is the best movie of the franchise.
In fact, it s probably the most significant horror movie I ve ever watched in my entire life, the cinematic, the effects, the atmosphere it creates, it s just horrific.

Why are all the new movie s protagonists, female? And, why don t they have the humor? It seems like female protagonists is a horror movie trope at this point most horror movies seem to have women as protagonists, cabin in the woods went so far as to poke fun at the idea of a man being the hero in that situation.

Having there be multiple Necronomicons actually clears up a lot of things, it explains the events of Evil Dead 2013 and maybe the Freddy Vs Jason (Vs Ash) Trilogy. Also the tremors that caused Danny to find the book were caused by Ash's battle with Kandar The Destroyer during the climax of Ash Vs Evil Dead.

I saw it last night and was disappointed. I think this movies budget was too big. They spent soo much effort with the CGI. There was no time developing any of the characters so when something happens to them, you don't really care. I really wanted to like this movie! :(
