Easter Eggs You Missed In Joker
video description
6: 23 actually, there is a hint to who harley quinn will be in the other movies (i googled it and it says DC is producing 6 more movies on arthur fleck, not sure if phoenix will be in all movies though) sophie! she is arthurs love interest (as far as we can see) and believes the joker is a hero. theres not much more proof than that but believe it if you want.
the rest isnt really a theory but uh
you know when the joker dances behind the curtains on murrays show, there is a man who kinda looks like commissioner gordon.
if you havent caught on to the almost-ending yet, the little boy is bruce wayne/batman, and i think the person who killed his parents is joe chill. joe chill is the guy who murdered batmans parents in the comics. i dont know about that one, though, (again) because theres little evidence and not every story of the joker is the same.

This is just my opinion but a lot of people had a hard time watching Joker cause of the fact that mental illness plays a big role in this movie and they have a hard time seeing how he can get by, just by himself rather and being bullied, we know our humanity would defend people that try to bully others with a mental illness and in some cases we DON'T know that someone has an illness (its not visible) and this is probably the hardest pill to swallow when you watch the movie because no one is really able to help him but himself.
this is why it was hard for me to watch but also amazed that his acting portrayed the illness so freaking well, he didn't shy from it and he was unable to hide it (through cringe moments on bus for example.

am i the only one who was counting the bullets from the gun, and realizing that he could not have shot all three men on the train( especially d/t shooting the one he tracked down multiple times, and have it go off once accidentally in the house and thinking that when he aimed the gun at Murray it would not go off because there couldn't be anymore bullets? he either had to have gone out and bought some out of scene, or the show WAS all a fantasy in his head. but for various reasons i do not believe that the scene on Murray's show was one of the things that only went on in Arthur's mind. ?

The late night set for DeNiro's character Murray Franklin was modeled after The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. Probably a nod to Jack Nicholson who played the Joker in the 1989 Batman movie. Nicholson is famous for his line Heeeeerrrrre's Johnny from Stanley Kubrick's film adaptation of The Shining.

Huge Easter egg on 45th minute of a movie, when Arthur walks with a girl and stops by news stand, looks at a newspaper where is written EXCLUSIVE: PHOTOS OF DISASTER IN UKRAINE
Note: Name of robot that was used in Chernobyl to clean nuclear plant after disaster was actually Joker.

EASTER EGG:
The scene after the Joker kisses his neighbor.
Somebody says:
Nooo. It says right here it was a guy in a mask.
This is the same voice that says:
Three of a kind, let's do this. in the film Joker (The Dark Knight)

I'll tell you something everyone missed, the guy who wrote and sang the song Rock and roll part 2, the song when the joker is walking down the stairs is Gary glitter, a man who has been charged with raping multiple girls around the age of 11.

Here's one regarding the supposedly iconic purple suit: After Arthur/Joker kills Murray, he does his little dance, skips up to the camera, and then we see the camera eye's view of Arthur - and the suit looks PURPLE in the camera shot!

The bathroom dance wa 100% improvised since the script stated that Arthur would try to hide his gun and wash out the makeup.
Todd was playing the music track and Joaquin started dancing so they were like That's the scene.

Did anyone else notice that in one scene it says the word Pogo on the TV screen behind him, and the comedy club he performs at is called Pogo's as well. That specific name was also serial killer John Wayne Gacy's clown name.
