Why Ciri From The Witcher Looks So Familiar Entfernter: Wow. These female-lead titling is such a bogus. There have been a ton of films in the 80s 90s and so on with what people nowadays would call strong-female-lead. People back in the days just didnt feel the need to make an agenda out of it. My god, all those idiots with their full on gender-wars are making me sick. The witcher books are from the late 90s. Now they have to be interpreted as the new wokest shit out there to make sure little girls feel especially 'empowered' while watching. Absolutely ridiculous. Can we just enjoy cinema as it is without having to claim some sovereignty of interpretation?

She looks familiar because she resembles Amy Locane when she was younger in the movie School Ties with Brandon Frashier. I just saw the movie a couple of weeks ago and when I saw the Witcher her face was driving me nuts!

Ciri's high cheekbones make her look like a young version of Kate Blanchett. Geralt, on the other hand, looks like a younger version of Ewan Mcgregor.
