I thought Henrietta quit then she's back what's going on with that. Why do all of CBS's characters give us more drama in their real lives than the characters they portray. It doesn't matter what series you name the drama off the set definately rivals the drama on set. While we're at it WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO KONO ON HAWAII FIVE -0? ONE DAY HER AND ADAM ARE CRAZY IN LOVE AND THEN AFTER ONE OF THOSE CRAZY CBS SHAKE UPS AND YOU DONT SEE THE SHOW FOR MONTHS AND THEN OUT OF NOWHERE ITS BACK ON BUT KONO IS GONE. I HAVE NEVER HEARD THE REASON. WHAT HAPPENED TO KONO ON THE SHOW NOT IN REAL LIFE. WHAT DID I MISS WHY DID ADAM AND KONO END WITHOUT EXPLANATION. ANYONE KNOW AND DONT SAY SHE WANTED MORE MONEY. THE CHARACTER KONO, ON THE SHOW WHERE DID SHE GO.

I like Nell it is a shame she left the team for good or it could be that there's a bigger role she might fill not head of NCIS but a bigger role than that as their boss but as SATNAV or possible as a special tech cyber division one unit but no NCIS connection a team that are trained in hacking and digital sourced into around the globe serves the purpose stop cyber trafficking and rewire the security of the world? Nell would train and control that team and of course from time to time she would certainly help her old team and would be able to get a family life out this and potential end up with a husband who looks very familiar? This would take place 4 months later and one year?

I'm hoping the leave, is laying the ground work for Nell returning and becoming Hetty's replacement! All though she hasn't done a lot of field work! As we have seen in the last few years. one need not know anything about the position to be appointed! And Nell is far more qualified to replace Hetty, with experience in administrative leadership as well as field work.

I love NCIS watched since it started, but it has become rather boring, less action, loved when kenzie & Deeks got married, I thought she was going to take Hetties place, that would've been cool, then she got so fat, that wasn't cool, I hope they start putting more action back in the show, otherwise, cancel it

I honestly thought she'd leave at the end of last season and had been surprised she was there this season, honestly it's rare to keep the original cast for as long as this show has (minus store leaves) so after a decade it would be no surprise for someone to call it a wrap on thier part

I stopped watching NCIS LA when Heddie was gone and they kept replacing her with mean, snarky, lady boss jerks. I hung with it when Miguel Ferrer was actually dying and couldn't understand anything he was saying.
