Characters Killed Off Because Of Their Awful Behavior

In some cases, whether it's out of malice or necessity, tv writers decide the best way to say goodbye to an actor is to straight-up annihilate the character. Here are a few TV and film characters who were killed off because of an actor's awful behavior. Ididnotwanttojoin: So they were killed off for the ACTORS' bad behavior. It would make no sense to kill off a character for their bad behavior since the writers could just write their behavior differently.

Get it right? Roseanne did NOT say a racist thing about anybody! What she said about the report (ladies name I can t remember) was that she thought she looked like a monkey from planet of the apes. Now, understandably I get why people at first thought it was racist but once you read her post and see the picture you will know it wasn t. It wasn t nice of her and you could call it a low blow but not racism! Sorry but true and no two ways about it!

What about (President) Francis Underwood ( House of Card? Because Kevin Spacey couldn't keep his pants zipped and was run-off the show (and pretty-much ended his acting career! That also wreaked the entire last season (of my favorite show) too! Yeah, Robin Wright tried her best, but her character was not set up to take his place yet. Besides, NO ONE could F. U. like Frank Underwood!

What's tasteless about the way Roseanne got killed off was the opportunism. The writers got the idea only because opioid ODs were topical and they just so happened to be killing off the star character on her own show. I haven't seen the episode but the idea itself comes off like a cheap gimmick without the promise of any serious commentary on the issue.

Patinkin left Criminal Minds because it was violent? He went straight to Homeland, a show about terrorism.
He left because he was one of only 2 leads on the new show and was paid more money. But seeking more attention and money sound bad so we get the claim the show was destructive.

See, that's why I refuse to watch the Connors. The whole show is worthless without Rossane. Hollywood is full of the biggest hypocrites ostracizing somebody for a joke, when they themselves fund child pedo rings to do all sorts of questionable things to innocent kids.

Mandy Patinkin has a known reputation of being difficult to work with, (regularly appears on lists of that kind, the guy has a huge ego and clashes with directors and cast members, but when he leaves, it's because the show isn't up to his standards, totally not his fault.

I gotta pay attention, and make sure I don't click anymore of these garbage lists from Looper. Not only do they get their facts wrong, but the audio sucks, and the narrator can't even properly say words like conspicuous.

Charlie Sheens Character Left The Show after he was Hit by a Train and it was suggested Rose May have Killed Him and Frankly The Piano Fell on his Character after he'd already been Kicked off the Show

I wasn t aware about Roseanne tweet. After looking into it further, there is no mention about race in her tweet at all. It was more about cancel culture coming for her political beliefs.
