Pretty sure she's not dead. We don't see here actually die plus you can clearly see she was still breathing although having troubles and missing a bunch of her parts. We don't see anything happening to her body too. When Supe dies, they actually die like Translucent, Pop-Claw, Substitute A-train and etch.
She literally looked like Anakin, who will all know survived and came back stronger.
I'm pretty sure she'll come back and will be used as a test subject for future versions of Compound V. Which can explain how she can return more powerful. But that's just my thoughts.

Tbh, Homelander is a monster because he was created as one. But you can see that he wants to be good. He wants his kid to not hate. He wants his kid to not feel his own insecurities. Homelander may be a manchild in many things, but in this he is right. Ehich is what makes this story so tragic.
If only his arrogabce wasn't in the way, so that he could tell Butcher that he just wants his son to live a good life, unlike himself. But Homelander will never admit it to an inferior human.

Not gonna lie by the way home lander was looking at storefront while she was spouting rhetoric to Ryan I thought there might be a redemptive element to homelander realizing just how bad it was but the idea that Ryan ideally the future aspect of America being raised by the racist nazi and homelander being able to end it is a positive note I didn t expect this show to end on

When Butcher walks by Homelander with Ryan in his arms, and he kinda shoulder checks Homelander. Kinda felt like he was saying You took my wife from me, I'm taking your son from you.
There was a look there too, right before, where you can read it all over Butcher's face.

This was really the most disturbing scene of the whole show, I'd say. I also think they were extremely clever not to do subtitles for the German she was speaking, because we all assume she is spouting some kind of Nazi mantra, but she's actually just reminiscing.

1 thing I was left wondering was, How is ryan able to burn Stormfront with his heat vision when Homelander's vision wouldnt burn through her. is this because Ryan is potentially much stonger than HL? or was it just a rage boost?
