i think, iron man series live on in the form of iron lad possibly by harley keener and iron heart by morgan stark with rhodes's war marchine as their mentor. i cannot think how they will ignore stark industries when this company plays integral part in mcu. not in phase 4 may be not even in phase 5 but in phase 6 or 7.
deadpool franchise can be possibly integrated into mcu. in deadpool movies, only juggernaut, ajax, cable and collosus were shown in the x-men series and none from the main x-men franchise. also, we can explore also the time travelling ability of cable since it was already shown in the endgame. many possibilities actually.
deadpool can be better introduced in the black widow movie since nat was a spy while deadpool paid merc/assassin.

Personally, I think the MCU should use Kamala Khan AKA Ms. Marvel and Wolverine as Spideys' replacements. Wolverine is one of their most iconic heroes, so he could easily be as successful as Spidey as the new face of the MCU, whereas Ms. Marvel can fill in the role of the young superhero who's new to crime-fighting while she looks up to another well-known Marvel hero (Captain Marvel) like Peter Parker did with Iron Man.

Couldnt Disney just make MCU Spiderman a Disney Plus series? Sony only owns the rights to the Films Disney still has TV and pretty much everything else i think. So just take Holland and make him Spiderman for a TV series on Plus hell the character would be better done episodically like a show anyway would let you explore his rogues gallery better and actually work through some of the classic storylines.

Spider-Man wasnt in the MCU until recently ( Captain America - Civil War) IDK why people are acting like MCU cant survive without him and that none of this has anything to do with the greedy assholes at Sony. Ty MCU for even including Spider-Man at such a bad deal of shared revenue of just 5% cant wait for whats next. P. s did I mention Sony sucks?

The character doesn't need to be replaced by anyone. Marvel needs to focus on making good films for good characters and let the whole Spider-Man thing work itself out. He might come back down the road, but having a kid Avenger just for the sake of having one after the loss of Spidey for the time being doesn't exactly feel too necessary.

Although. does Sony own Spider-Mans other alternate identities? Dusk, Ricochet, Hornet and Prodigy were all personas that Peter Parker took on when he was being hunted down after he was framed by Norman Osbourne. It could be a secret way to keep a place marker until this crap blows over

They should keep Tom Holland as Agent Venom! Peter works secretly for Shield after his name is exposed by Mysterio. He now operates under a new name (for legal reasons) and makes jokes about his past name with jabs against Sony. This could be a loop hole in the copyright the MCU could exploit!

Dude, replace is not the problem. The problem is the hole in the story. Everybody thinks Spider is a vilan and knows his real name and what now? Everybody just forget and never talk about him again?
