The Real Reason You Stopped Hearing About Seann William Scott

Sure, the actor who gained prominence as Stifler in the American Pie series and Wheeler in Role Models series still pops up in movies and on TV shows, but not with the regularity or high profile he once did. Here's what happened to Seann William Scott. In March 2011, Seann William Scott had to abandon any career momentum he'd picked up and drop out of the Hollywood entertainment machine for a while. It came as a surprise to Scott's fans, but as it turned out, it was absolutely necessary, because he had to get his personal life in order. According to TMZ, the actor voluntarily checked himself into a treatment facility to address unspecified health and personal issues. He stayed for 30 days, then went off to film the fourth American Pie movie, American Reunion. In the decade since his stint in rehab, Scott has never publicly addressed what issues led to his decision to seek professional help, nor has he appeared in any tabloid or media reports getting into trouble. He insisted to People in 2003, I don't really party. If I did, it would probably just be trying a new bottle of wine. If he's trying to avoid vices or other triggers for the demons that led him to step away from his daily life to get his head clear ten years ago, then it's probably best he avoids or limits his time as a Hollywood player, which could mean a decreased chance of landing big roles.

I remember I had a Michael Jackon picture on my wall. He was wearing a black jacket, or it might have been a purple jacket, I'm not sure. He was always wearing a pair of Chuck Taylors, they were blue if I remember correctly. Behind him was a fire escape, and I think it looked like it was raining because everything was wet. He was wearing a. blue pair of jeans which was pretty cool. It was before the days of Cellphones, so I don't think he was holding a cellphone but he definitely had something in his hand, it's possible it was a microphone, that would definitely make sense. If I remember correctly he was wearing sunglasses, probably ray bans because I think Michael used to like Ray Bans a lot.

Personal, I think that he could play a villainous roll. Not similar to Stifler but some kind of highly intelligent criminal that knows Marital arts. Love Bulletproof Monk and the Rundown.
If he does go into a franchise like comic books movies, who do you think he could play?
The reason that Bulletproof Monk didn't do great at the time was that it wasn't promoted right or enough. What other movies came out at the same time. I think 1 was the Harry Potter series.

The Rundown, Bulletproof Monk are my two faves of his and he was also on the entire last season of the Lethal Weapon series on fox where he did amazingly well. If he wants to return to acting he has a better chance now more than ever with streaming being just as popular and lucrative as movies and TV.

The Dukes of Hazzard hit the mark! It lampooned the original TV show, while respecting it. Excellent and creative casting. Well choreographed and imaginative chase scenes and stunts. Critics are idiots.

He's a nice actor that has can't shed his past role because it was so good. But as long as he continues acting his chance will come again. I liked the goon and hope he gets cast in the mcu someday.

Being funny is a lot harder than it looks. He s underrated and not utilised to the best of his ability. I admire him pretty much leaving Hollywood, he s got a good head on his shoulders.

A tramendous talent. He needs more opportunities man. Maybe he can play hal jordan or any super hero really. I'm sure any part he plays would be great. And if I had money I'd hire him.

Can we just respect the fact he took a timeout and get well. The public doesn't need to know what he went in for. He got his house in order and is well. That's all that matters.

He is fkn awesome. He an actor who I m grateful was part of my childhood as much as Jim Carrey. Not to say they re on the same level a comedy but equally important a actor.

If you ask me i think it's good that Sean us doing things for himself and taking care of himself most actors sell themselves so much that they lose themselves good for him
