For those thinking that Rip getting into the mix betwen Beth and Jamie regarding her abortion/sterilization would make it more interesting are overlooking the fact that Beth's pure hatred for Jamie over this is actually enough for a sub-plot. She was forcefully/deceptively sterilized by him only to find out he now has a kid himself - we don't need Rip's anger and inevitable leg/jaw/neck breaking of Jamie to fire this revenge/come-uppance storyline up - the writing of this situation itself needs to improve as all the ingrediants are already there

My wife used to like this show, but she grew tired of the main family's solution to every problem being just to un-alive anyone who stands in their way. Her breaking point was the biker beating episode. She has family members in that life and said that whole debacle was highly unrealistic. Essentially, the MC would have called up every charter, raided the ranch, burned it to the ground, and buried the whole family in a shallow grave.

Beth's vendetta is not understandable. never has been because they've always written Jaime as straight coward. All Beth's anger then only makes her pathetic and weak when she constantly has to snark at everyone around her and then attacks a fool whos never been a threat to her and one who only bows to her at every occasion. She's the smallest character on the show and she should have been a giant. sad

I admit the writing is cheesy and lazy at many points but the show is still enjoyable. I hate when Taylor Sheridan's character shows up and needlessly takes up screen time to show off his arms and horseback riding. It's as cringy as when M. Night Shyamalan acts in his own movies.

I really dont know why they dont go all out with Jamie already, the perfect moment would be last season ending. Like if he just killed Beth when she filmed him hiding the body. The thing is, i really dont think that anyone in his family is that much better as a person than him.

Yes! My thoughts exactly. At first the strong willed Beth character was cool but, the whole Jamie things ruins her character for me. It s old and lacks character development. Hers is literally, gets hurt, drinks, fights w/ Jaime and kiss ass to daddy. Just stop lol

I disagree. I love it all. It's brilliant acting and writing. I'm not sick of any of the story. A few crybabies do not speak for the mass fan base.
