Shame Johnson let his ego run wild.
Black Adam just isn't that exciting a character & the movie was like a Republic Serial: talk awhile then fight a while.
Without the JSA characters it would have been so boring.
Someone at DC should have reminded him that Shazam/Black Adam go together so well.
Shazam: Fury of the Gods was much more entertaining but suffered from resentment to Cavill getting the boot from what 'fans' tell me. A shame.

DCEU was horrible before the Rock and will be horrible after. No continuity whatsoever. So many one off movies and characters and the one off movies (Joker and Batman) have been some of the best and well received movies. The thing that sets them apart is the CU movies seem to be heavily reliant on CGI where the other 2 are more gritty and grounded

I don't understand why Looper says a 30 million opening weekend is a failure.
I get that a movie makes the most return in the first few weeks of opening.
Yet, they hype it as a flop, if it doesn't open with 100 million its first week.
