Holland and Jackman are not that big of a surprise yet Ryan Gossling? He's OK - not all that though. Where's Rosario Dawson! She started out as a Broadway performer. The movie 'Rent' was a reprise of the original cast members from the live show; Taye Diggs as well. Shouldn't they get a 'honorable mention' at least? Seems like you need regular installments of this category, LoL.

There is nothing surprising about Catherine Zeta Jones being a good dancer. It has been her staple since the beginning of her career.
It would have been nice including some footage of Salma Hayek impromptu salsa dancing in a an interview with Jimmy Falon.
