Here are my favorite couples - Jake and Amy (such a sweet moment, Jim and Pam (so tender yet heartbreaking - knowing that Jim's gonna leave, Sheldon and Amy (completely unexpected and cute, Ben and Leslie (can't stop rewatching it for the last couple of weeks. But I adore that Monica and Chanler's kiss - while watching it for the first time I counted, Chandler came back exactly 10 seconds after leaving! My favorite couple in Friends!

The most unexpected kisses for me were Monica and Chandler along with Sheldon and Amy I was so excited when it happened especially when Sheldon finally makes the first move and kisses Amy I was like OMG since then I started to love this couple even more. My top couples of TBBT were first Sheldon and Amy, then Howard and Bernadette, and finally Leonard and Penny because somehow reminded me so much of Ross and Rachel in so many ways.

I don't really think Rory and Jess are opposites. Jess seems more like he has PTSD at the beginning. He's hurting from the rejection or especially his father. Over time he grows so much. He and Rory were incredibly similar though. If she ever slows down long enough and gives him another try, I think they would work well together.
She never seems to stay happy when a guy starts treating her well though, for some reason.

for me Spike and Buffy's first kiss and the one that blew my mind. is at season 5 when he thought she was Buffy-bot and told her he would rather die than see her in pain and then she bend over and kissed him.
That moment, his realization after a few seconds and her lines after that what he did for her and Dawn was real, and won't forget it. hands down that was the moment they became one of my favourite couples.

And, I wasn't big New Girl fan, but there's just something with a girl looking hopefully into guys eyes and then wallking away dissapointed, only to be grabbed by him and kissed so passionately (just like in Veronica Mars.

Personally, I can't imagine kissing most of the so-called top actors. Now, take me back to the 60s and early 70s, I would have kissed almost all of them!
Why did Buffy remind you of Casablanca? I can never imagine Cary Grant, Humphrey Bogart (or for that matter Gene Kelly) chewing a woman's face off. Ew.

Kind of surprised Fitzsimmons (Agents of Shield) and Shules (Psych) didnt at least make honorable mentions. Fitzsimmons first kiss happens at an inopportune/passionate time, and then Shawn and Jules kissing for the first time in 5 seasons while she was with Declan was quite a shock!
