Do you know who I wish would have a sit down interview and talk about the behind the scenes of fame? Mary-Kate and Ashley. Those girls were worked from 9 months old to 18 years old. The adults around them including their parents took full advantage of them and made billions of of them. Their manager said We decided for them that they would grow up on TV and be the Shirley Temples of their generation I remember Mary-Kate saying that she felt like a monkey who was told to put on a show everyday. Then she said an interview I look at old pictures of me and I do not connect with them at all. I wouldn't wish my upbringing on anyone that shows that something went on behind the camera.

Well earned fame is okay, humble famous people are balanced, their charm and talent is not aimed at fame in the first place.
Human world is a wide social network, a few of us are exceptionally gifted to inspire and influnce the millions. It is sought by the rest.
Downside of stardom effects the less balanced people more, kids seem to be far more affected. Wanting to be center stage for minor talent or due to narcissistic tendency is a lot common, rich people too want to be admired more than they deserve, not all of them.
Good fame is empowering, it is social not anti social.

i dont feel sorry for miley and how disney treated her. her daddy was already famous and knew the business/price of fame. she even constantly said she got the role because he flew her out for a retry on his own dime because they passed the first time. even back then everyone knew how controlling disney was w their stars even back when lizzie mcguire and thats so raven were on, which was a decade prior.

I never judge these former child stars. Think about it, when SO MANY child stars grow up to lead a troubled life you start to wonder whats being done to these kids behind the scenes. Hollywood is cruel and has a known history of child trafficking and abuse. I only wish the very best for these people and that they come to lead peaceful happy lives.

I would also add Wil Wheaton, whose father was outright abusive, and his mother was manipulative for YEARS (and as often happens, have never owned up to it, sending him into depression. Fortunately, he found a loving family with his cast-mates on Star Trek: The Next Generation and a loving wife who helped him heal.

The way you all pronounced Raven Symone's name is preposterous. I know that she supposedly went to France and heard a different pronunciation but this sounds like more of her dark white nonsense. It's like people saying the University Notre Dame should be pronounced the French way when it is not.

I think it was Jackie Cooper who's parents stole the money that he earned through his childhood as an actor. That led to legal requirements that kid actors had to have a fund set up that parents
couldn't get into. Also some rules about schooling were instituted during the big studio years.
