This video randomly popped into my feed, and might be a good one to make an update of, given the number of new worlds introduced in Disney and Pixar movies recently that are begging to be represented in parks. Encanto is the overwhelming must, although Raya and the Last Dragon might have merit. To update the representation of some of the lands mentioned in the video, these are future sections of Disney Parks currently in development:
Princess and the Frog will be represented in the refurbishments of the Splash Mountain rides, which will be rethemed to the Princess and the Frog movie as opposed to the Song of the South.
Peter Pan, Tangled and Frozen will be represented in an upcoming new section of Tokyo Disneysea
Frozen will have new areas introduced in Hong Kong Disneyland and Disneyland Paris
Moana will have a new area added to Epcot with multiple fountains and water features added
Zootopia has a new land being built at Shanghai Disneyland
Inside Out was integrated into a retheme of a ride at California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort, and I have seen the Big Hero 6 ride at Tokyo Disneyland. Both are cute, but neither inspires the kind of enthrallment of the imagination that one would hope for in such rides.

The german themed dinner in Disneyland that is off in Fantasyland would be the perfect place for The Snuggly Duckling to be built.
And I agree wholeheartedly with Zootopia being #1. In fact, I even had the blueprints sketched out for what a Zootopia Land could look like if it replaced A Bug's Life land in Disney California Adventure Park. Flash's DMV for bumper cars, the fountain in the center is already tailor made for the central plaza in the movie where the ZPD, City Hall and the Natural History Museum are off of. The ride there in the food baskets could easily be the gondolas from the movie while the new Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps meet and Greet could be at the theater that used to play, It's Tough to be a Bug, along with a ride inside the building a bit like the one in Star Tours.
Disney would make bank off this, it would be an easy conversion, cost comparatively little, and would bring in tons of folks into California Adventure for years to come.

What happened to The Little Mermaid it be cool the ride can transform us humans become mer people and go in Atlantis and take us in the castle and Ursula can transform us and take ride to the beach were price Eric was saved and take a tour of his castle and react a scene form the movie and have dinner and take a tour of the kingdom and react the dance scene and take a boat ride and there is much more you can do in the little mermaid world it will be cool to that in Disney world and Disneyland

I hate people who think they should work for Disney because they have these awesome and creative ideas. Disney doesn't have all the time and money do this believe it or not. There is always so much at risk. How can you say Inside Out would be the first time anything mind or body related has been explored in the parks? Wonders of Life is dearly missed by many! Btw, some of these films have more representation in the parks than you mentioned.

If the goal is fun for the whole family. I think an indoor-outdoor water-ride based on Moana would be great. A state of the art dark ride for Zootpia would be fantastic. An Aladdin flying carpet ride like Peter Pan's Flight would be fun. A grand water ride that retold Rapunzel and Flynn's love story would be welcomed. But I think the rest of your list misses the mark, imho.

I was just thinking about an Aladdin Cave Of Wonders ride the other day. OMG I'd freak out so bad if they ever made a roller coaster out of that. I love all of these ideas. I'm a huge disney fan, and I'd be so psyched if we got to witness all of these new rides and attractions!

I think an Aladdin world would be a great Disney park where there will be an indoor roller coaster or a motion simulator where riders can take a ride on the magic carpet out of the Cave of Wonders while trying to avoid hot lava.

Both Shanghai and Disneyland Paris have a wonderland immersive maze and Disneyland Paris have half a land devoted to captain hook's ship and a massive skull rock, Paris also has an Agrabah bizaar in Adventurland.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned a Brave land. It would be cool to see the Highland games! It just doesn't get the love it deserves which makes me very sad. :(
