I especially hate fire alarms, but for an unconventional reason. My dog Howie gets super scared whenever I have to change the backup battery on mine and his shaking scares me so badly. A thunderstorm, a gunshot, fireworks - those are all understandable. The fire alarm gets a worse reaction than all of those combined. So yeah, I totally relate to Phoebe there.
