Pixar needs it's own list for this theme. Almost all the ensemble casts r great in Pixar. Incredibles, Finding Nemo, Monsters inc, Up, Toy story r the best examples.
Personally feel Jungle Book, 101 Dalmations, Wreck it Ralph, Hunchback of Notredame, Mulan should hv made a proper entry in the list. Lion King, Beauty & Beast, Aladdin and Frozen hv good ensemble cast too. It's a tough choice to pick among all these much loved Disney and Pixar classics. Do one for Non Disney as well. Shrek, Madagascar, Ice Age, Lego Movie and Despicable Me would be eligible cannidates for such a category.

Tangled: Been a fan of this film for 7 years now, as I love Mandy Moore since I was a kid, plus Zachary Levi stole the film as the voice of Flynn Rider.
Beauty and the beast: The cast was unforgettable and the only voice actor I knew was Angela Lansbury.
Enchanted: yes I cheated on this one but James Marsden stole the film as the dimwitted prince Edward
The lion king: Timon and Pumbaa steal the film.
Aladdin: Robin Williams stole the whole film.
Yes I know Enchanted is a live action film but I thought the cast was brilliant. Huh Tangled is No7 should have been higher.

WHY WAS BIG HERO AIX NOT ON THIS LIST
I am here to protect and defend so here it is
The cast of this movie had some hilarious people including Fred and it was a heart wrenching story on Hiro Hamada a genius who lost his older brother in a fire and how he overcomes his grief by forming a superhero team(I mean who loves a good superhero movie) and we cannot forget about BAYMAX he was so popular after the movie came out PLUS THIS MOVIE WON A FREAKIN OSCAR that means it was really good reavalutate you choices I'm ashamed tsk tak

Good list, and I don't know where to start! I guess I can highlight 3: Inside Out (my favorite Pixar movie, Winnie the Pooh (my childhood favorite) and the Lion King (because in 9th grade my musical theater class did that as a play. Although one I'm disappointed didn't make the list was Finding Nemo (2003.

Disney-PIXAR movies should be counted as a separate list, since I believe that PIXAR are the ones that actually makes the movies between the two studios and Disney helps presents them. And if you want to talk about actors that completely stole the show, you have the late Robin Williams as the Genie.

I'm surprised that Toy Story wasn't no. 1, I mean that's the lovable and well known ensemble in animated history; and, it might be my own bias, but I think Snow White and Jungle Book deserves to be on this list more than Beauty and the Beast and Frozen. That's just how I feel.

You really need to stop ignoring and excluding Treasure Planet from lists like this and include it in them! You also need to stop including Frozen and start excluding and ignoring it completely because nobody likes that movie and neither should you!
reply

great top but no way, inside out beats aladdin (it IS a one man show! the jungle book deserves a number and hercules an honorable mention: ) thank god some old movies got recognized too. more old disney movie videos msmojo!

While this time I can excuse Inside Out and Toy Story being on this list I still think at least they should have titleed this list top 10 Disney and Pixar Ensemble casts. Due to both of them being separate franchises.

Great list. but I would love to see a similar list only with disney's live action movies. In my opinion, pirates of the caribbean, eight below, and the parent's trap starring Lindsay Lohan will all be worth mentioning
reply

no honorable mentions for Wreck It Ralph or The Incredibles? :/
also. if it wasn't restricted to Disney's animated films I'd have said #1 should be the MCU as a whole. Perfect casting every time.

Beauty And the Beast and Frozen are the most overrated Disney movies ever.
The Emperors New Groove and Meet the Robinsons as well as Atlantis are so underatted and should be on some of these lists.

Olaf: Who's the funny-looking donkey over there?
Anna: That's Sven
Olaf: Uh huh, and who's the Reindeer?
Me: DAAAAAAAAAANG! It doesn't matter if Olaf is a snowman, he just burned Kristof.

Why is Lion King number 2? Like it's great and that but it has about 4 characters you focus on, The Incredibles would have been better in that spot with the family, Edna, Frozone, Syndrome etc
reply

That dumb bunny line from Zootopia is a reference to a series of books and the cartoon that's based off of them. The Dumb Bunnies is written by Captain Underpants creator Dav Pilkey
reply

Finding Nemo should be somewhere. The amount of unforgettable characters is crazy.
Marlin, Dory, Nemo, Gill, Crush, Mr Ray, Bruce, Peach, Darla,
p Sherman, I can go on.

Robbie Benson was by far the best voice actor in Beauty and the Beast, him saying Belle at the end of the movie when he sees her on the balcony never fails to make me cry.
reply

great list, but i think we all missed the obvious ensemble cast the 101 Dalmatians, should have got an honorable but beauty and the beast deserves the #1.
reply

I feel like Big Hero 6 should have been more than an Honorable Mention, Zootopia should have been higher, and. OMG WHERE'S MONSTER'S INC!
reply

0: 24 Oh, Peter Pan! Wendy Darling! Peter Pan! Oh, Peter! Kathyrn Beaumont! /Bobby Driscoll! / Kathyrn Beaumont!

Beauty and the beast is my favorite Disney animated film of all time and lion king is my second favorite, ironic

I used to watch Winnie the Pooh when I was little when I was a little girl this takes me back to my child hood
reply

The LION KING deserves #1. It's rightful place. I'm surprised why it's not 1. The LION KING will always be the KING
reply

Big hero six was the best disney movie of 2014 and it did win an oscar for best animated movie in 2015 #Oscar90
reply

Zootopia should have been higher!
And Winnie the Pooh! And Snow White!
But I kinda agree with #1.

reply

All these movies always brought a smile to my face, because of the characters, songs, and messages in it
reply
