Season 1 Mariana is one of the most insufferably dislikable characters I've ever watched on a tv show, she found a way to make everything about her, and is emotionally unforgiving even when the problems that occur are her fault (most of them are. She has no redeeming qualities that make her personable, and her story line almost felt like it was supposed to be that of an antagonist. haven't watched season 2 yet tho so im hoping for a redemption arc.

one thing I liked about the fosters, is how pretty much all of its featured trans characters were actually played by trans actors which gave a nice level of authenticity. now a cis person can of course play a trans character, it's called acting, but still

It's a nice show even if some of the storylines are kind of camp or cliche.
But what drives me absolutely nuts about this show:
They have Steph and Mike running around in their uniforms off duty. without even a pistol.

I honestly think they canceled the show because they were exploiting to much of what was happening in real life alike the DACA situation and deportation and the foster care system and about privatization wish it never did end

I wonder why they chose not to go through with the trans Jude storyline. I honestly would've liked it a lot better than all the weird relationship stuff and that boring gamer plotline that went nowhere.

I hate Callie. The only reason I started to watch was Jude and Conner. Best seasons 1, 2 and 3 worst seasons are 4, 5, i hated Callie in 4 and 5. I think she is the reason everybody stopped watching
