they looked more identical back then, but even then i could always tell who was who.
how you might ask, well let's take the thumbnail. that thumbnail is taken from Our Lips are Sealed movie, that was released in 2000, but the movie was being produced in 1999 when they were still 13 at the time. Mary-Kate is the one wearing the pink shirt, and Ashley is wearing something colorful and white. now yes i know it doesn't say much, but how can you tell without looking at them today. Ashley always had more pronounced eyes and has slightly thicker eyebrows that curve upwards, similar to there younger sister Elizabeth Olsen. if you ever seen her in movies and pictures, you can kinda make out Ashley. Mary-Kate's eye shape has a little bit of a slant to them, and her eyebrows matches her eye shape. from the inner to the outter shape. now they still looked alot alike back then, but the main difference that seperated the two was the shape of the eyes. another thing you can see was there face shape, Ashley always had rosey rounded cheeks, Mary-Kate has a thinner jaw line, and that's even before she had a eating disorder by 2004. they were always small skinny girls, but they were healthier back in 2000. Ashley is still about the same body size she was then, but her sister Mary on the other hand did get skinnier sometime between 04 to 07. alot of that had to do with what they both went through. it's a prime example of what happens with girls in the industry sometimes, girls get put on a strict diet, but it's important to still eat right to be healthy. they were busy so much she probably didn't eat much, but she did eventually get help.

While there are slight variations here and there, the Olsen Twins almost always playing the same shallow boy-crazy characters; the polar opposites who can't seem to get their act together to save their lives, but gosh darn it, they're just so lovable.
Naturally, children will find these characters more relatable, so of course they're more likely to enjoy these movies. Adults, on the other hand, are more likely to find these characters annoying as hell.

I don't agree about Billboard Dad. The first half of that movie is rather boring, but it has a strong end.
The top 3 should be Passport to Paris, Holiday in the Sun and Our Lips are Sealed.
I agree that The Challenge is not in the top 10, and neither How the West was Fun. Probably they didn't rank their first two movies (To Grandmothers House we go & Double, double, toil and trouble) as those two are meant for little children.

I like their movie better when they were younger never cared for the ones when they fell in love with a boy. So for me here are the ones I like that I can remember they may not be in order of how I like them but here go switching goals billboard dad to grandmother house we go how the west was fun double double trouble can't think of the name of it and it takes two

I LOVED New York Minute growing up, it was also the movie that introduced me to Simple Plan. I newer knew it was considered a flop. Its still a fun movie, and I think it should be placed higher.

I loved Billboard Dad, and Passport to Paris. It takes two when they were younger. I had a lot of their other movies on VHS. I liked Holiday in the Sun too, it has Julian from One Tree Hill in it.

I love Chasing Goals, It Takes Two and Getting there the most right off the top of my head so I guess that counts for something. I have to stop watching these things on my lunch this is 25!

They were kind of like the twin version of Abbott and Costello terms of success and the fact that that they made as much projects as Abbott and Costello made for universal
reply

I have them all, except Billboard Dad and Winning London. I watched Billboard Dad on Netflix tho. But I can't seem to find Winning London anywhere. Love the Olsen Twins.
reply

It Takes Two is not entirely unrealistic. Doppelgangers have been spotted. Have you seen Ariana Grande's look-alike? Isla Fisher and Amy Adams (at one time?
reply

For such an amazing and unique actresses. they sure did a lot of shitty movies with no plots or meaning what so ever
