Fiona is one of those characters I love to hate when she screws up, and love to love when she has some heartwarming moments.
Even though she has issues where she isnt capable of having healthy relationships, and can be quite destructive you realize at the end of the day shes only using what she knows and is genuinely trying to do her best. Raising her family on her own wasnt something she had to do cause it wasnt her job, but she did it anyway.
Fiona is one of my favourite characters on this show, and I feel like its a crime that Emmy Rossum isnt in more movies or shows. She is a very underrated talent

for 9 seasons, Fiona just wants her family to do well insetad of thinking of her own future.
She made 3 BAD mistakes, which led to repeating downward spiral, which i've also gone through. I will never say Fiona is a shitty person.
Debbie was a shining example of shitty person (rapist, zero empathy, almost no responsibility with Frannie, while Carl accepted the facts and just tried to better himself. As mischievous as Carl might've been, he was always good kid at heart (protecting Chucky, Helping the South Side in his own way when he became a cop etc)

I just watch and finish the whole series but i started skipping scene with lip, debbie and fiona they just really miss up character and the writers on them they been given a chance to live a good life and still making bad choices to make it bad again no offense its illogical they dobt have bipolar and yet for me, the two of them is worser than a bipolar person. i really like carl his the best character, his the dumbest and yet the redeeming Gallagher. he have the best life in the end of the season!

Im so glad, yet sad Fiona left. She needed to do things for herself & those ungrateful bastards didnt deserve her. I hate that I dropped the show, I really wanted to like it. But wat good is a show when most of the main characters are annoying, ungrateful little pricks to you. Fiona was the best thing that happened to that shitty family.

Emmy leaving the show opened so many plot holes, since she legally agreed to be guardians to all of them until they ALL hit 18, Liam didnt hit 18, her leaving is her breaking her oath and the law. The fact the directors or whoever wouldnt pay her what shes deserved Ill never understand.

I recently watched the show first time, and Im sad to say, even tho I love a lot of characters who pull their weight on the show, Lip and Ian, Mickey, Carl and Debbie, Frank and Liam. show was never the same without Fiona. How did they production let Emmy walk because of money. Sad: /

I wish MsMojo talked about when at the funeral home Fiona left the meth from her and Liam not wanting her dirty money and hitting Monica corpse low pitch yell for the misery and pain she inflicted on the entire Gallagher clan and that was a moment for the show
reply

I know the actress leaves the show but it's a shame that she wasn't even mentioned importantly in the last 2 seasons especially the Last Season. Not even in Frank's letter. When Liam is asking for who is his legal guardian they didn't even mention Fiona which she is.

It didn't dawn on me until watching season 10 how much Fiona's character is missed. She played such a pivotal part as the glue that held the Gallagher family together. I'm hoping they bring her back for the series finale. Her presence is certainly missed.

Hoping that shameless will never stop it will continue on which is one of the best shows in America please don't stop hopefully Fiona will come back she belongs there just like everybody in the house belongs there the greatest show ever please don't stop
reply

Her family always took her for granted, on the first seasons they sort of had her back but the more they grew up the more condescending they became with her specially Debbie and Lip, glad she leave ironically her family hold her back a lot.

The Monica suicide attempt at thanksgiving hits home for me really hard, cause my had four of my family members, siblings and parent find me like that and it wasnt at thanksgiving but I know it was just as traumatic. :(
reply

im sorry but i dont like lip feels like he gets mad and takes it out on fiona or anyone which is a sucky thing to do cuz if i re-watch shameless u can tell fiona did everything for lip but yet he is a little ass about it
reply

Her downfall was probably the hardest to watch because out of everyone in the show, I was always pulling for her the most. When she started drinking too much, I would verbally sigh anytime she turned to the bottle.
reply

I knew what #1 was going to be even before clicking on the video. Such an iconic scene, something to be remembered for a lifetime. Thank you Emmy Rossum for bringing this amazing character to life.
reply

The sponsee situation was not fionas fault. How was she supposed to know he was an alcoholic at the end of the day he chose to drink she didnt make him. Shes not responsible for his sobriety
reply

My favorite one would be the one with Monica where she comes to take Liam and the franks seen where she tells him she was never here and another one with Frank at the end of the season
reply

Fiona is such a underrated character everyone hates on her but she raised all her siblings when she was 9 and some of yall act like you would be so perfect in that situation
reply

I feel like steve/jimmy, trully loved fiona but didnt know how to show his love for her, he always supported fiona and honestly fiona never did the same for him
reply

Idc what yall say. Lip took Fiona for granted. And so did Debbie. Fiona always tried too get her shit together and all lip and Debbie was doing was blaming her.
reply

I still cant believe she didnt win any awards. Her performance is one of the best of all time. Definitely written beautifully but her acting is so spot on!
reply

I wish the laundry store scene was here when she started getting so stressed out by the old lady, Debbie yelling and the ceiling collapsing
reply

In all reality we are all Gallaghers in some way or another please don't stop the show continue it's a great show it's America at its best
reply

I dont like Lip yelling at Fiona about the squirrel fund. The fund WAS hidden. Its not Fionas fault that Monica found the hiding place.
reply

Mostly agree, but kinda surprised they didn't include the confrontation with Frank after he tried to hide the meth in Franny's crib.
reply

they all treated fiona like shit when all she tried doing was being their for all of them and supported them the best she could: /
reply

Please don't be teed off. At me I'm not rude. I promise I'm listening lip! The exclamation point. Is the only way to answer.
reply

Lip was as responsible for monica getting the squirrel fund as Fiona was. He's a creep who blames everyone for his faults
reply

That's it I'm not gonna watch the show anymore Fiona was the only reason I was watching the show on Netflix
reply

Saying goodbye to a house is hard. I did recently. One I lived in 20 years. Walk through every room smoking a bone
