I understand That Nina, Paul and Ian have other things in life but it would be Nice for the main characters to show up on legacies. it would have been nice instead they had to find another way of doing Legacies and Its upsetting that they diden't even try to show back up on Legacies For the Spin Off we all Deserve Since The Vampire Diaries Spin Off was Horrible. since Nina Left for almost the whole ending and i would've liked to see how the series would of been putting more effort into the show instead of leaving cause she was Bored of it. And it may sound rude but she kinda did us dirty I cant blame her Ian was Being Salty to her after He got married to Nikki Reed. but the worst part is is That Ian Rushed Marriged with Nikki Reed who was also One of Ninas Good friends. I'm not sure how i feel about Ian and Nina anymore. but unfortunately we still dont know much reason about it. Maybe all of this could be the reason why Nina And Ian dident want to do a spin off with legacies?

Matt isn't irrelevent, he has an important role in legacies, which btw, some people are hating on yet it has a much better variety of monsters, the monsters themselves are really well made, the pace is pretty good. the actors in the series are solid but the story is still in the first 2 seasons so it lacks a bit in history as the original were already well established before they went on their own show while the new guys didn't get that much of support from the series before them.
they alone have built up as much worldbuilding as tvd and originals combined, expanding on what kinds of monsters other places have. they also cleaned up the already established lore

I just love the vampire diaries I do hope in the future that they make another series related to the vampire diaries but it's their children instead like legacies but everybody from the vampire diaries come back even Stefan and lexi finding peace

i spoiled it for myself i was up to season 3 and I saw Elena kiss Damon and my dumbass searched who does Elena marry AND DAMON WAS THE ANSWER and plus I saw Stefan dying and I cried cause Elena and Stefan was the way to go

Theres always that character that does absolutely nothing the entire series but still manages to survive. The vampire diaries one was Matt! Like they killed Stefan, Tyler, Elijah and Klaus but let Matt live, like how!

I envy Nina Dobrev so much, shes so beautiful, talented and funny. And athough Nina and Ian aren't a real life couple i still ship them. i mean i cant help it i watched long 8 seasons of them together
