In my mind, Troy and Gabriella break up(but they get back together. Sharpay is working with Ms. Darbus, Chad is the coach of the basketball team and Jason is an assistant coach at East High with him. Ryan and Kelsey are absolutely thriving in their theatre careers. Zeke works in a nice restaurant, trying to make Su-Chef(no clue how to spell su. And honestly I haven't thought much about what what everyone else does. I could also see T&G getting married like within a year after HS. Troy also picks theatre eventually over basketball as a career(no clue what facet)

Gabriella would be a successful scientist married with children.
Taylor would be a successful lawyer and in a new relationship.
Ryan would definitely be a talented Broadway Composer.
And Chad and Sharpay would be devoted teachers at East High and are secretly Friends with Benefits.

Now I know that's not how things have turned out for Chad. He's a New York City cop. I zaw him when he was aired on a show about accidentally shooting someone. And Troy's a 2 time gold medalist in swimming and is now a California coastal lifeguard. Lol! I just had to say that. 2 things the boys have been in, Blue Bloods and Baywatch. Hahaha

Honestly, only here for Sharpay. She's such a good person and people give her a hard time. for being committed to theater and not wanting some nonseriouses like Troy and Gabby to show up without being fully in. Oh, and who got Troy that job in number two that helped him so much with connections?

Wow, has it REALLY been 11 years since the franchise wrapped! It reminds me of that skit that Zac did in character as Troy on Saturday Night Live, where he pointed out to incoming students that the real world wasn't like high school, and that nobody bursts into song in real life!

As a HSM fan, I love this video. On the other hand, I'd add that Troy's father would most likely be the Fun Grandpa once he gets to know his grandchildren. That, and Chad could end up having a son who was into double dutch. Just my two cents on what could be added.
