Haley and Brooke was a way better duo than Peyton and Brooke. Change my mind. Like Brooke really pretended to be pregnant just so Haley could have time to announce her pregnancy. And Brooke chose Haley to be her kids godmother instead of Peyton. And Peyton obviously didnt listen to the hoes over bros line because after her and Lucas started dating, she basically kicked Brooke to the curb and stopped hanging out with her as much. Sis literally kissed Lucas a second time and Brooke was dating him. Like Brooke was way to good for Peyton.

Lucas and Hayley Peyton and Brooke.
Nathan and Lucas. Lucas and Hayley always had each others backs and still supported each other through new relationships and other stuff. Peyton and Brooke always supported each other even with everything with Lucas.
And yes Nathan and Lucas hated each other but thanks to his relationship with Hayley Nathan became a better person and he and Lucas were finally able to bond as brothers.

One of my favourite moments happens in the episode where they're told to get to know others in the class they don't communicate with as much (4x13 I think. The Haley and Skills moments in particular are my favourite. Especially when she reads his letter and tells him he got into college. I always loved their underrated friendship and how he said he'd always have Jamie's back. Such an underappreciated friendship!
