I am a transgenser woman from dubai my self although am using my biological name, i had that elektra moment at the restaurant with that woman my self back in 2010 here in dubai, i was younger, i never thought i had that in me, i always thought of my self as a weak person, but when i was at the mall buying some women cloths at a shop i saw that woman at my face looking at me in a very ugly way and called me an ugly name (bad word) when suddenly i went elekra on her, she called her husband and he came, i went elektra on both of them and i left them there speechless with their mouths wide open that till today when they see me somewhere they go pale like if they have seen death. In fact things like this make you realize how strong you are no matter how much pain they cause you, after all what doesnt kill you makes you stronger.

Goodness, Papi is my favorite character. He proved himself, (and me, since I agreed with him) correct about him being a prize. When I heard him say it the first time, I burst into tears and cried allowed YES, YOU ARE!
Most every action after those words proved he was, indeed, a prize. He made me feel happy for Angel. She had someone who truly loved and valued her. He worked to make her feel loved, important, safe, and happy. This character is an absolute heartthrob. He kept constantly raising the bar, and singing instead of reciting vows shattered that bar for me.
All the characters were well written, but HE was such a sweetheart!

WHAT! that xmas episode in S1 at the end with all the main characters around the table in the chinese restaurant! that one gets me EVERY time! Candy's funeral f'd me UP! Blanca and Pray Tell's first hospital cabaret! (it surpassed the second - which was also amazing ) Elektra's fall from 'grace' working the booths and triumphant return as a dominatrix? that amazing confrontation between stan's wife and Angel at the diner? that engaging dialogue between Blanca and Helena at Damon's graduation? my point is - there are WAY too many memorable moments in this thoroughly engaging series to limit to 10. hell, the whole series is a 10! respect.

I'm a 70s baby most of this really happen that's why I love this show a lot of it is real storys they uesd it bring me back to the old days i have 51 kids and we all watch this and talk about it after and it makes for good conversation at our family functions

The break up between Ricky and Damon at the ball. Ricky pleading Fight for us. I have been there and lost it. Probably Rickys best moment! (and I was hurt because I wanted Ricky and Damon to be our happily ever after couple. A storyline we don't often get)

Candies Farewell performance was the #1 scene for me. The way they went from the funeral into the ball room was Iconic. I was filled with so many emotions all at once. Can't believe this is the last Season. They always do our shows like this i. e. Noahs Arc

The conversation between Angel and Stans wife is definitely in my top 3, angels whole storyline had been building up to that moment, the moment she finally realizes who she is and what she wants and who Stan really is.

I'd not compare this to a mix of oceans eleven meets ru pauls drag race. These women are trans women portraying life and struggles during various decades not drag queens. Poor selection of word choice.
