The Queen's wedding dress in The Crown was gorgeous. During the wedding vow portion
of the film Claire Foy very accurately portrayed mine and many other peoples' dreams, hopes
and jitters at their own wedding. Taking vows before God, (to) your spouse and your family and
friends is daunting enough. Taking vows in front of God, (to) your spouse, family, friends,
the nation and the world must be something on another level!

These Top Ten Outfits videos always come across as a kind of who wore it better comparison. Foy wore all of her costumes with a believability that rivaled the Queen's. A fine bit of casting that. She looks as natural, and stylish as the Queen did in her day. Olivia Coleman comes off as dowdy, and awkward wearing the Queen's replicated styles. Her Majesty clearly wins that contest!

Interesting fact about Prince Charles' investiture coronet--the gold ball in the coronet is really a ping pong ball so as not to add extra weight. In the centre of the arch is a monde (a gold-plated ping-pong ball[5]) engraved with the Prince of Wales's insignia by Malcolm Appleby, surmounted by a plain cross. ---wikipedia

One thing I hated the most about the crown was the sour look the actress always used to betray Queen Elizabeth. Her mouth wasn't that far turn down all the time it was pretty ugly how it was betrayed.
