Randall: Banished from Monstropolis.
Waternoose: Sent to prison.

Chick Hicks: Racing career ruined.
Skinner: Fired from Gusteau's.
Auto: De-activated.
Lotso: Banished from Sunnyside.
Axelrod/Zundapp: Sent to prison.
Ripslinger: Disqualified from competing.
Cad: Demoted.
DeLaCruz: Forgotten(he was already dead)
Screenslaver: Arrested.
And there were no real 'bad guys' in TS4, Inside Out, Monsters University, Cars 3, or Onward.

that'd be royally dark messed up toy story 5(though for lotso's part stinky pete didn't die and if i remember was confirmed to have changed from his fate) if it focused on a huge group of toys getting revenge on humans/woody & buzz revealing themselves to andy.
reminds me of how i think all capcom series take place in the same world taking place at different times and like the theory for onward happening before monsters inc. during a start of modernization(though find the boo being the witch one silly, though her being the creator of all of pixar's easter eggs would be a hilarious troll to the theory.
