Top 20 Disney Moments That Made Us Ugly Cry You can make this with Ilumination animated movies! I am pretty sure that Despicable me has those moments I just cant remember now! The movies I know for sure are The Lorax and Sing 1 and 2( aka my favourite Illumination movies. I only watched the 1st Secret life of pets I still have not watched the second yet but I believe they had it too!
So with Lorax its definitly for me Onclers flashbacks after his singy-singing he realized what he has done! The nature was destroyed, Lorax and all the animals, even his donkey were leaving and his family was disappointed too!
The first Sing movie is when Buster Moons theathre got destroyed and everyone had to watch it! Then the next day the gang wanted to see Buster Moon, but Buster was so broken! And Meena wanted to fix things bad, but then Buster said things that really made her upset!
The second Sing movie is when after Crystals will to throw Buster off the balcony and when everyone was in the hotel and had to listen live on television how he was dragging them down, everyone wacthed it and they were all sad and humiliated!
This is just mine! Yall do not have to agree with me and if you see thus Msmojo I hope I took inspiration to make video like that!\r\n

As devastating as Mufasa's Death is, the Up montage, Tod being abandoned and Remember Me will always be tied in first place for me. For Mufasa's Death to make me cry, I need to already be in a sad mood whereas those three can make me cry even completely out of context.
Also, some more honourable mentions:
- Snow White's funeral;
- Joy allowing Sadness to finally take control and Riley (and her parents) finding catharsis through being truly honest about how she's feeling for the first time in the film;
- The ending of Willie The Operatic Whale;
- Mickey/Bob Cratchit holding Tiny Tim's crutch and crying over his grave in Mickey's Christmas Carol;
- Someone's Waiting For You from The Rescuers;
- The Beast's death;
- The greatest gift and honour is having you for a daughter;
- Kenai telling Koda about his mother's death;
- The Aloha 'Oe scene/Stitch leaving;
- Our Town
- Bolt lying beside Penny as they're trapped in a burning TV studio;
- And I know this list came out before Encanto was released but Alma's backstory counts as well.

I always see people talk about the deaths of Tarzans parents, Kerchak, and even Clayton but nobody ever mentions the death of Kerchak & Kalas baby at the beginning of the film. You see that little guy playing & having fun with a zest for life in that montage, only for him to make the fatal mistake of leaving his nest in the middle of the night to chase a frog deep into the jungle which leads to him getting snatched up by Sabor. Then on top of that, you hear his screams and cries for his mom & dad (who both realize theyre too late) as he gets eaten alive by the leopard. Brutal. You get a crash course in the harshness of nature in that first five minutes of Tarzan.

All the times I've cried on this list. I'm a pretty emotional person
Tod being left in the woods
Nick's backstory (Bcs I can relate)
Baymax's sacrifice
Bing Bong's death (i cry every time)
Miguel singing
Jessie's backstory
Ok I didnt cry during Mufasa's death because I had heard about it so many times that I knew exactly how and when it was gonna happen

Im so sad that out of all the comments in the comment section no one has talked about Stitches death in Lilo and Stitch Stitch Has A Glitch and Hiccup getting Toothless back from the control of Dragos alpha in How To Train Your Dragon, (even though thats technically Dreamworks not Disney, but still) both of those scenes will never fail to make me bawl like a baby

Once upon a time, I thought the saddest moment was the death of Bambi's mother. Now the Lion King (the death of the dad) gets so much credit. People seem to forget that the sad death scene of Mufasa in The Lion King was influenced by the death of Bambi's mom. But then, that is a matter of opinion, there are many Disney movies with very sad moments now.

For me it was the movie 'Onward' I went into it just only vaguely knowing what it was about. The scene they were talking about the older brothers last memory of their dad. And I started sobbing I mean loud ugly crying out of nowhere. The memory was the same as the last memory of my grandfather. I didn't see it coming at all.

10: 09 The reason The Hunchback of Notre Dame became the only Walt Disney Animation Studios film to be nominated for a Razzie, not because of its poor quality, but because of its inconsistently and severely dark tone. Despite this, it also scored an Oscar nomination and 14 Annie Award nominations (including Animated Feature Film.

Dont get me wrong Bing Bings death is heartbreaking but the moment that got me in Inside Out is when Riley confronted her emotions to her parents and saw her old core memories. That scene makes me feel so incredibly emotional and its such a real, raw scene. Very relatable.

As a kid, I had to hold my feelings at the moments when the characters reunite with their froend or familiar they are so closed to, and the fact that I was a kis
And it was too hard for me when I grew up and saw the scene of the fox with the old lady

Lion king is always gonna be one of my favourite movies, I was literally named after Kiara in Lion king 2. Dosn't matter if in 50 years I am old and dying. I will sit on my wheelchair and have a good cry whenever I watch that movie.

Mufasa was the first Disney death that I remember really affecting me. I saw The Lion King for the first time when I was probably 8-9. I didnt watch it again for years all because I was so traumatized by Mufasas death.

I knew that I grew more sensible the older I got (21y old now) and I noticed it a lot with watching Anime but I never expected to shed a few tears by watching so short clips of shown scenes. Really loved the video!

MsMojo The death of Tarzan's parents is part tearjerker and part nightmare fuel, as the corpses are _shown completely out of nowhere. _ It is guaranteed to shock and scare anyone who is not expecting it.

I think Ralph ready to sacrifice his life for Vanellope with his immortal words I'm bad and that's good, I will never be good and that's not bad, there's' no-one id rather be than me should be number 1
reply

There's also Brother Bear, the scene where Kenai (as a bear) confesses to Koda that he killed Koda's mother (that, and the song that plays during the scene) gets me weeping every time
reply

The reason UP didnt make me cry its because I didnt connect with the women. For example if we went through the whole movie and learned who she was then Id most likely cry.
reply

I Gotta admit that the agonizing Dad come on. You gotta get up! line from Simba that brought so many of us into tears is truly the #1 most memorable moment in a Disney movie.
reply

I heard Disney bought out Dreamworks so do the How to Train Your Dragon count? I remember crying when Stoic died, especially when, for a brief moment, Hiccup blamed Toothless
reply

Havent watched the list yet, but im sure Brother bear wont be on here when Kenai told Koda, I killled a bear, your moms not coming back Koda. and thats a crime.
reply

I think that scene in Coco is the saddest. I've never cried when watching any of the others but with Coco I just could not stop crying. Such a beautiful film!
reply

When Jims dad leaves in Treasure Planet gets me every time (so does Silvers speech, but thats a happy cry, which I know they have a separate list for that)
reply

I cried when Abuelita destroyed Miguel's guitar. And the fact that they tried to make her redeemable without her understanding her mistakes makes me sick.
reply

reply

Keeneye's confession to Koda that he is responsible for Koda's mom's death from Brother Bear should have made the list
