Someone help there I movie I watched as a kid and I can't remember the name or actors so this is the plot if you know it plz answer! : So it starts of at a house on the beach and introduces us to the main character it's a young boy and a young girl they meet and he goes to her house in which she lives with her grandma and it's a huge beautiful oldstyle house on some point the girl tricks the boy into kissing her while drinking water from a fountain tapwater thing, then the boy while in the sea finds a prisoner that escaped and helps him arrive to the land (might have been his father) but the following morning the boy goes to the girl's house and apparently she had moved on another town. After years they meet again, well the man actually becomes a painter and while in Paris (ithink) he sees the women in a painting posing on a salers workshop and he contacts her and he draws her naked and I think they get along and fall in love. I really don't remember details, hope someone can help

I love strictly ballroom. It is cheesy but the movie seems to know that. I love the story and the dancing. Also, the couple is adorable. I like that despite how many people try to separate the two, he will always follow her to make things right.
The American President is not cinsidered a classic? Michael Douglas and Michael J. Fox as well as Annette Benning cemented their roles and theyre considered some of their best performances. It is a classic. It is smart, witty, and everything seems organic.
One film that should be on this list is Dave. It inspires people to always strive for doing the right thing and help people even when you are put into a situation where that gets you into trouble. Kevin Kline and Signory Weaver add charm to their roles and their relationship sparks couple goals despite how complicated it is. It has the same charm and intelligent writing as the American President, in my opinion.

Strictly Ballroom was one of our greatest movies ever made which was made around the time of Priscilla: Queen of the Desert, Muriel's Wedding, The Castle, The Dish, Cosi, to name a few, in the time when Aussie's were making great films. Not all Aussie movies would've made sense to the rest of the world & that was because the movies were uniquely Aussie & made sense to the Aussie public in general, esp comedically as no one apart from us Aussie's can understand our unique sense of humour. It's like a private joke that the rest of the world aren't in on.

Cannot say if this movie was forgotten or never was noticed but I loved it; was soooo romantic. It was also ballroom theme but Vanessa Williams and Chayanne dont dance together for the competition.

Only You is one of my favorite movies and its a great early Robert Downey Junior movie, and I love Untamed Heart which I think is a 90s movie, and The Truth about Cats and Dogs is a great movie
