Ok so I've come here because I constantly watch movies and I swear it feels like I've ran out of romance movies to watch, I have watched almost all of these and my all time favorites (from this list) would be: My girl, Flipped, Moonrise Kingdom, 5 feet apart, and I highly suggest watching them as some are criminally underrated.
Here are some of my ALL times favorite movies that are not on this list that are 100% worth watching:
Naomi and Ely's No kiss list (on Netflix! One of the cutest friendships ever)
Kuffs (This movie is both hilarious and badass while throwing in some romance, it stars Christian Slater which is definitely a bonus. Not on Netflix but Soap2day is what I watch all my movies on)
Aquamarine (Yes. it is a mermaid movie but I kid you not its so good and has amazing vibes)
Heathers (1998 version because in my opinion its way better than the musical. This is one of my top fav movies its so dark but yet so addicting and I've probably watched it around 20 times. Once again Christian Slater is in it as well as Winona Ryder and its good for people who like the 80s and 90s. GO WATCH IT NOW ITS SO GOOD)
Now and Then (This is one of the most underrated movies for sure. Its not fully based on romance (does have some though, more so coming of age friendships of girls who all go through stuff but get though it together, it is my favorite movie. It has the best soundtrack ever, amazing characters and a heartwarming storyline that will make you laugh and cry, I suggest this 100%)

A Walk To Remember is my no. 1, always. even tho the book is bit different, lot of scenes were changed in the movie but both are good in its own way. in the book, everytime they done theater rehearsal, Jamie asked Landon to walk with her to her way home, they become closer n know of each other, then i realised maybe this is why this book was named A WALK to remember n ofcuz when Jamie was struggled to walk in her wedding's aisle due to her health condition was really bad. n it seems Landon not remarried with other women, n 40 years has passed but he never took out his wedding ring from his finger. thinking of that my heart so hurt. so so hurt.

eeeehhhhmm, eeeehhhhhmmmm. Atonement, Bridge to Terabithia or Little Manhattan? I know the first one is more like a war movie but man. I cried like an idiot at the end of the first two movies and the third one has got a heartbreaking ending too: (

Am I the only one who thinks that The fault in our stars and the notebook are really overrated? Like both the books and the movies were fine. But like after seeing them both once I have no intention of watching them again. (And just FYI these kinds of movies are among my favourites so its not a genre thing.

Honestly young love is the only true love I've meant my wife when I was 15 she 14 all while I was Battling cancer memory loss and deafness while my wife was also battling cancer we've been together ever since that was 13 years ago still love her always

I think that the love story between Billy and Wendy from St. Elmos Fire should be on here as an honorable mention. While they were just out of college, they were still young, and while it didnt work for so many reasons, it is a love story worth mentioning.

For me, A Walk To Remember is typically the classic US version of 'I Want To Eat Your Pancreas which is also one of the BEST movies about young love.
