For the Sam in the mental hospital: If a person says they are a risk to themself or others, they're getting put inpatient whether the parent consents or not. The plothole is that parents DON'T have the ability to check kids out of a mental hospital. Only the therapist can release them after determining it's safe to do so. Also, there's no way Sam would be able to afford a mental hospital that looked so nice. She'd be in a state mental hospital and leave traumatized

Okay I agree with all but Spencer's income. 1) Their Dad pays their rent and main bills, so they don't have to worry too much about major expenses. 2) Spencer has several major commissions mentioned within the show, and art can be a very lucrative career for some. 3) Carly's room was paid for by insurance money for an expensive heirloom watch. (So I am confused as to why that was mentioned as a confusing point when the clip was even played in this video.

How was Sam never in the foster care system? Her dad isn't in the picture, and her mom is neglectful AF, which Sam doesn't try to hide. In the episode where Sam and her mom went to an alternative therapist, he would have to report the mom for child abuse. There is not a chance in hell that mom would have been able to keep custody of Sam.

The fire extinguisher thing was actually the prop dept switched it lol, those were Jerry and Miranda's real reactions cause they didn't know it was gonna spray out fire because they were supposed to be doing a rehearsal scene not the final filming but they kept it in the show cause their reactions were so funny

The superintendent should have been fired for firing principal Franklin and putting the 2 meanest teachers in charge of the school wasn't smart on his part either. In my opinion he did his job very poorly.
