Mary and Francis in Reign, Jo and Laurie in Little Women, as well as Victoria and Albert in The Young Victoria. Henry and Anne Boleyn had some pretty great dance scenes in s1 of The Tudors as well that really developed their chemistry.
I dont personally classify Cinderella as a period drama and so I wouldnt have included it but each to their own.

Great list, but I have to tell you that you missed a dance, that totally deserves an honorable mention to say the least: Charlotte and Sidney's most magical dance from ep6 of Sanditon! that is absolutely beautiful, mesmerizing and you can feel the chemistry between them through the screen! Do agree that Anna Karenina is a masterpiece but youve got it COMPLETELY wrong on the Darcy/Bennett couple. The Firth/Ehle casting was THE perfect casting.
