In season 3, when the boys go to Jimmy's funeral, it looks like they're driving quite a distance, or at least to a different city, but for the rest of the show, it looks like Jimmy and Keith are buried in the same cemetery. (I mean, Tree Hill is a small town, how far do you have to go to get to the cemetery if they all walk there all the time) And in season 7, Jimmy's mom says she buried her son alone, which she clearly didn't do.
Also, in season 4, when Brooke looks at her birth certificate when it's her birthday, her parents named Richard & Barbara on it, but in the later series, her parents are named Victoria & Ted.
And it's implied in season 1 that Haley has a lot of brothers and sisters, but we only ever see Taylor and Quinn, and that's only two, and they're never mentioned again, even when Haley gets married or when Lydia dies. They all looked like a close family, surely they'd be at their sister's wedding or around their mum when she dies?

In the season 4 premiere when Lucas jumps in the water to save Nathan, the scene cuts back to Haley and Karen. On the left side of the screen, you can see a man in the same tux as Lucas, most likely Chad or his stunt double.
When Lucas has his heart attack, the EMT is doing CPR on his stomach instead of his chest.
When Keith dies, he is wearing a black or green shirt underneath is brown jacket. When he reappears as a ghost, he is wearing a white shirt.

One of my favorite shows of all time that scarf scene has always been hilarious. It's too obvious so how did they miss that? Also in the scene where Haley's hit by Dante, Dan tells Nathan to go back to his wife and he starts running back. The distance is very short, so why does he never arrive to see Lucas have a heart attack?

I remember when Nathan asked Haley about a picture of her brothers and sisters but I believe she only has sisters. I also remember Lucas saying that him and Haley met freshman year, but then it was implied they've known each other since the sandbox. Sometimes shows make those mistakes, but Ilit was still a good show back then.

The one that frustrates me the most is if season 3 happens in 2006 (according to the tombstones of Jimmy and Keith) in season 5 or 6 when Nathan plays Slam Ball & he steps away from the game and watches the slam ball championship of 2008 at home - but 4 years passed between season 4 and 5! They pushed the 4 years, then forgot

one that really bugs me is in season 1 when the cheer competition is over and brooke is still mad at peyton, peyton says brooke, you might not be my friend right now but im still yours and it should have been said the other way around. brooke, i might not be your friend right now but youre still mine i think about that one a lot

i don't remember the episode but i think it was in season 4? when they started using stunt doubles in the scenes that sophia and chad had together. in one of them we can see perfectly the side profile of the stuntman (which was supposed to be lucas/chad) it is very notorious that it was another guy. i was so shocked

In the early episode where Lucas and Keith leave one tree hill, they are making a reasons to leave, reasons to stay list on a piece of carboard in their new apartment. Keith writes on the carboard then the camera switches to Lucas, when it switches back to Keith the handwriting on the cardboard has changed.

Okay am I crazy or does the shooting dates/graduation year make absolutely no sense? The shooting happened their senior year in either January or March 2006 (conflicting headstone dates) but I swear their graduation said they were the class of 2007? That mistake in particular drives me absolutely nuts!

The biggest mistake is them making us believe that Haley had a full whole ass term pregnancy in season 4 when, if you think about it, it was only 4-5 months (second half of their senior year. I can't believe that oversight is not on here. Still my most favorite teen drama of all time though haha.

you didn't even get the one in the flashback that was so bad! I don't remember which season. But it was a flashback when Nathan was with Peyton and he cheated with Brooke. It didn't look like a flashback because Nathan hair was long. If I remember correctly, even Brooke's hair didn't fit.

I just finished watching the entire show. I was twelve when it came out so I only watched occasionally. Then I watched on Netflix in my early twenties but they took it off before I could get too far. Now it's on Hulu and I'm glad I saw it.

In the first season Naley look at pictures of all Haleys brothers and sisters but later on in the show its only the three girls. I get that 2 could be the sisters but Nathan says are these all your BROTHERS and sisters and Haley says yes.
