We had the same thing with Britains version (strictly come dancing. Every so often the media will be up in arms over the much less talented dancer went home. If people want it to be all about the dancing rather than popularity then don't have a phone in.
Same thing with dancing on ice. Colleen nollen staying in for weeks while better performer went home. When she ended up in the final 2 and the judges got to decide who went through she knew she was going home.

Sharna has had way better dance partners. She is a great teacher. However Bobby Bones could not even dance! Somebody was attempting to sabotage the show. That was during the time period it was clear somebody was out to kill the show. Thank God Disney picked up the show. I look forward to Sharna getting another mirrorball with a worthy dance partner.

Kate did the show strictly for the money with no intention of learning to perform or better herself. All the contestants get money right off the bat. The other participants are in it for the money too of course, but they temper that with a willingness to learn, to have fun and perform as dancers.

Dancing With The Stars has gone to the pit. It has turned into nothing but a popularity contest. People vote for who they like, not for their ability in dance. Which is not fair to the dancers who really deserve the win. DWTS needs to eliminate audience voting! I don't watch the show anymore.

PLEASE. The entire concept of this show is for it to be a POPULARITY contest. WHY wouldn't it be? The name of the game is what sells the most advertising.
Tom Bergeron, as a loose cannon and fell out of favor so he was replaced by the far less competent Tara Banks.

It IS a popularity contest. Ive seen contestants who are terrible terrible dancers get voted through because they have the fanbase. Its the same as Mericas Got talent and other talent shows. Bad people will get through because of ratings and relented people get booted.

I don't know why ANYONE would think this show is anything but a popularity contest. If the couples were ONLY voted to the next round based on their dancing ability and improvements, then most people would be eliminated the first few weeks. Where's the fun in that?

TYRA in the first 5 seconds and Im out. This show was fantastic till she came along and made it about her and her run way. So sad. Such a shame of a great show and production that was obviously a team effort until one person makes it about them. No thank you.

With Ryan Lochte, part of reason he got on the show was because of his bad behaviour. They shouldnt have stormed the stage like that, out of respect for everyone else on the show, but did he really expect people to welcome him with open arms?

juan pablo getting eliminated was crazy but bobby bones winning was even worse. totally ridiculous, i don'r care how good of a guy he is, he was a bad dancer and took that win from good dancers that had improved every week like evanna or milo.

Wow they need to rehire whoever was editing and writing back then! The drama and tense clips make it so much more interesting. Now its all rainbows or sob stories, and you only see positive interactions between the cast. Its gotten kinda boring

Bristol Palin has to be the worst dancer ever on the show. I would never vote for someone like her. Kate goslin comes in as a close second, too. Master p was pretty much a big jerk, by refusing to do what was required of him.

Lacey Schwimmer said she was actually trying to distance herself from Derek and Mark Ballas. Because she was drinking Emergen-C, chances are she wasn't infected. Or, if she DID catch it, she was probably asymptomatic.

Kelly Pickler deserved to win, she was absolutely incredible. Also considering that she was not a professional dancer, she was a singer and a cheerleader in high school, Zendaya was essentially a professional dancer.

The contestants aren't even. You have one person who has dance experience and 1 who doesn't, that's not fair. It's a popularity contest it's. I don't watch it anymore. I clicked on this by mistake.

Kellie Pickler totally deserved her win, but maybe they should have had a tie. I stopped watching after Bobby Bones won without having learned a THING or improved a bit. Done.

Kelly Pickler was amazing and deserved the trophy! Her dancing was perfect and exciting. So was Zendaya's, but there can only be one winner and Kelly won, fair and square!
