A thing about Inuyasa is that that kiss literally took more than 7 seasons to see happen and the back and forth between kagome and kikyo was killer they killled her off 3 times before the last time she died was for keeps it was so frustrating and soo soooo satisfying to see that kiss however my favorite anime kiss as well as Romance Anime is Itazura Na Kiss it's a short 24 episode romance anime that covers their life's from highschool into adulthood but up in till episode 14 the guy Noaki you weren't really sure how he felt until he heard that a childhood friend proposed to her and he panicked leading to a kiss in the rain followed by him asking her father for her hand in marriage I love itazura Na Kiss because there is such growth in the characters Noaki starts out as a cold flat genius character who grows into a well rounded character through thier interactions with the female protagonist plus the anime also has excellent humorous up and downs

Kirito and Asuna breaks me into a million pieces.
I had a GF that would watch anime with me and the Kirito x Asuna kiss and relationship made our nights much better than any other. I loved her and it was her love that felt right to me and suddenly it wasn't weeks later. she left me as she had wanted to party and have fun and I watched our relationship come to an end slowly and painfully. she was right for me and we were right together. She was the light of the moon. She was my jelly to my peanut butter. she was the red to my rose. she was the joy I felt when my life fell apart. She was my angel. I haven't been in a decent relationship nor had anyone love me before. Her love made me feel happy. just like everything else, joy quickly left me as well as her. I miss you.

Emma A Victorian Romance: Emma & William (sure you don't see much, but the emotions are so real, that just seeing it happen in general is amazing) and we can't leave out Haruhi and Tamaki, though they didn't have much leading up to it, in the anime, they sure had me fooled that he would really choose his mom over Haruhi. Though I do feel bad for the mom. I'm sure she wouldn't want him to be unhappy.

IMO Kirito & Asuna were the absolute WORST anime couples in history along with Sakura & Sasuke. In the first 2 seasons of SAO there was no chemistry or character development between them. There was a huge gap in their timeline and then suddenly POOF they both love each other after 2 years of not interacting with one another and the love scenes between them were empty and pointless. As far as best kissing scenes Junjoun Romantica would easily win all top 10 moments.

Naruhina was literally a relief for me! I believe they would end up together and it happened with an extra BEAUTIFULLY made movie and since I was shipping them for so long I decided to learn knitting and knit the same scarf in the movie for myself as a happy ending, other shipping I wish were on the list: sawako and shot (kimini to do ke ), yuuri viktor (yuuri on ice ) just to name few

I just want to point out, at this point with the new anime and the accurate Viz dubs, we don't need to use the old English dub names for Usagi and Mamoru anymore. especially when the dub that made those names was also very unfair to how it dubbed another couple.

I'll add Kimi no Iru Machi: Tasogare Kousaten to the top 20 - it's they way Haruto and Yuzuki look at each other as they share a kiss that makes this special. It was the OVE before the release of the Kimi no Iru Machi series - which was a major disappointment for the fans of Seo's manga, but the OVA showed promise.

You missed a great one with Jacuzzi and Nice in Baccano, especially with the way Nice reacts. Going away from the romantic aspects, Nibutani and Dekomori have an unexpected kiss in Chunibyou which goes more for comedy, and it works.

I really wish Nagasumi and Sun had kissed in the final episode of My Bride Is A Mermaid. The embrace they shared after Nagasumi saved Sun after she was kidnapped by Yoshio was sweet, but it wouldve been great if they had kissed.

Ive been a fan of InuYasha since I was 15 and honestly what put me of Kagome more than anything was the toxicity of INUKAG fans and the unnecessary hate of the fans. I love and relate to Kikyo more as adult than I do Kagome.
