My favorite Eric moment was literally the entire Shallow Boy episode. This is the one where an annoying singer is driving customers from the wilderness store Eric and his father own. His father tells Eric to take the girl to lunch and tell her to go away. He does more than that and by the end of the day he has enraged this girl into writing the best spurned lover song this side of Alanis Morrisette. Perhaps the best moment of the episode (aside from the Hes A Loser Freak song Morgan songs from the girls album about him) is his attempt to get this girl to revert back to her sunshine and rainbows old self with an epic rendition of Tomorrow from Annie. This is my favorite episode of the entire series. I am crying Im laughing so hard.

the cherry on top of the Tommy stuff is that they brought him back in Girl Meets World as Eric started a political campaign to become senator. His opponent kept trying to discredit him and make him look like an idiot. then this guy stands up in his defense and tells everyone about how Eric helped him as a kid & had to make the hard choice, ultimately giving him a better life. The way Eric just looks at him & says Tommy, then going to hug him with obvious tears in his eyes was one of the best & most emotional payoffs they actually managed in Girl Meets World

Would have loved to see more serious moments on this list than just the number 2 spot. Like the time he helped explain to Corey the fact that Racism wasn't a problem in the past. The time he got played by the attractive female tutor to cheat instead of believing in himself.

You forgot he was right about Stuart in the episode Everybody Loves Stuart as before Stuart hit on Topanga everyone idolized him and liked him except for Eric, he was convinced that Stuart was bad news, which ironically he was right in the end.

Will Friedle was great as Eric Matthew, but I think I will most remember him for voice acting. He was Ron Stoppable on Kim Possible. Bubblebee in a couple of the Transformer series and of course He is Batman on Batman Beyond.
