Top 10 TV Musical Numbers That Didn\'t Have to Go THAT Hard beyond happy to see the entire Once More With Feeling at number 1, but. not 1 honorable mention from Scrubs My Musical? Guy Love, Im Dominican, Friends Forever, When The Truth Comes Out. so many great numbers. Or what about The Flashs Running Home To You? Or pretty much any Hep Alien performance from Gilmore Girls? Or that time Robert Downey Jr & Taye Diggs did the Barry White dance with Peter MacNicols John Cage on Ally McBeal? Or Juratis rendition of Shadows Of The Night on Star Trek Picard? Or anything from Galavant ( Off With His Shirt, the singing monks song and My Dragon Pal & me all really deserve mentions? Or that epic number from The Drew Carey Show that saw Time Warp and Shake Your Groove Thing dueling back & forth?
and I take it animated shows just werent considered since damn near every musical number from Simpsons, Family Guy and Phineas & Ferb deserves a mention.\r\n

The No-No-No song from the classic opening of a special The Office. It's amazing what you can do when you dub everyone's voice and hope they can sync along with the professional singers. No one remembers any of these shows. Please. AND you left out all the examples in Cop Rock. Ever wonder why there are no more variety shows on tv?

The number one spot has a villain stolen from the DC universe, Glee took multiple spots, but not even a mention of one of the best musical TV shows: Galavant. They have a song all about how surprised they were that they got a second season, they parody everything from Grease to Les Mis, and they have the amazing Timothy Omundson.

I think you need to do a Part 2. There was a musical episode of Chicago Hope, Xena, Warrior Princess (The Bitter Suite, and in Scrubs for the Wizard of Oz homage episode, a quartet singing, Over the Rainbow--not flashy, but moving. There was often music in Ally McBeal, but I'm not sure about any musical numbers.

You need to do another list. Skipping the entire Arrowverse musical (especially running home to you) and Dead girl walking from Riverdale. Nothing from Galavant, Degrassi, euphoria, & nothing from Robin sparkles? I'm glad to see Crazy EXGF getting the love it deserves but there were so many better songs.

Megan Hilty and Katherine McPhee were electric together as Marilyn Norma Jean Monroe xoxo
Julie and the Phantoms was underrated. Glitter, scares, music and a ghost club that sings and dances like AHS mixed with Glee, what's not to like?

5: 12 Neil Patrick Harris won a 2014 Best Actor in a Musical Tony for the lead role in _Hedwig and the Angry Inch_ and was nominated for a Grammy Award the next year for the original Broadway cast recording of the play.

The Xena musical episode the bitter suite started it all, back in 1998. I loved that episode, I recorded it on VHS at the time and watched it way too much!
The buffy musical episode was another fav of mine, so good

reply

okay but what about Put a Little Love in Your Heart from the Supergirl x Flash crossover? that one slaps so hard and pulls the talents out of nearly all of the broadway performersin that universe.
reply

Running home to you from the Flash, If I was a boy from Glee, The Bitter Suite) from Xena Warrior princess, Every breath you take Ally McBeal RDJ. We need a part two and possibly three
reply

They should have included Emma's song from once upon a time and if you're including covers, when Mandy Patinkin sang. dont cry for me Argentina in an episode of Chicago hope
reply

The Buffy musical episode was good and heartbreaking at the same time, especially after Buffy revealed she was in heaven when she was dead and her friends pulled her out

You Just Got Slapped is way better than Nothing Suits Me Like a Suit IMO
Also this list for Galavant dirty. But Im happy for the Crazy Ex Girlfriend and Smash love.

How did they miss Youre a Douche, Youre a Douche from Two and a Half Men? Great choreography shows how musically talented Jon Cryer and Ashton Kusher really are.

My all-time favorite television musical moment was Bruce Willis wailing through 'Good Lovin' in the 'Atomic Shakespeare' episode of 'Moonlighting. '
reply

Love's not a game from crazy ex-girlfriend should've been here. The way the majority of the cast gets to shine one last time and it just goes off so hard.
reply

Scrubs! Loved the musical episode and it made sense with the patient hearing everyone sing instead of talk. It had plot twists, risks, and fun performances.
reply

Not a single moment from the magicians! They had some of the best musical numbers. Under pressure, 80s rock in the desert, a les mis number! So underrated!
reply

I was PRAYING for Walk Through The Fire but the whole episode being there? Period the first list done right but like Lets Go To The Mall? That shit slaps
reply

if were trying to pick musical numbers that didnt have to go that hard, then glees im a slave 4 u was IT! heather morris went all the way off in that
reply

I was hoping to see the dream sequences Sam has in iCarly. I know they're more dancing and music than singing, but the whole case committed!
reply

Personally I would have gone with I Can't Let Go, That's Life or pretty much anything from Hitlist for Smash. Those songs go HARD!
reply

Drew Carey's Rocky Horror vs. Queen of the Desert dance off? I realize most of you folks are too young for this, but it was hysterical.
reply

My favorite musical episodes are from non musical shows Like Buffys musical episode, Flash Musical Episode, Supernatural the Musical.
reply

Nothing from Xena, Galivant, or Victorious?
Glad you gave some love to Smash, but there were some songs that hit a lot harder.

1: 53 Sara Ramirez is a Tony winner for _Monty Python's Spamalot_ in 2005 so it should be no surprise how well they can sing.
reply

Once More With Feeling is #1 also because it started one of the most beloved and controversial relationships in TV history.
