What about Trust In Me from Jungle Book? The animation of Kaa the snake was incredible, especially the way Kaa just flowed as he hypnotized Mowgli, turning into steps, etc.
Another is Pink Elephants on Parade, again, incredible animated sequence with the hallucinated elephants.
Be Our Guest from Beauty and the Beast was such a visual treat, I remember watching it in the theater and just being blown away by the color palette used as it was just so bright and vivid.
Under the Sea, I Just Cant Wait To Be King, the air dance scene between Wall E and Eve, I could go on. There are so many incredible re-watchable moments in Disney Animation.

The
Mulan, Shrek are both great scenes. with How to Train your Dragon. I actually prefer the dive bomb scene on the big bad dragon near the end: such a roller coaster type rush. Aladdin is better than most of your list.
I love to revisit the duel between Max Sterling and Myria Parino from Robotech (that entire episode is awesome)
Zero to Hero from Hercules is a nice scene
The opening sequence of the bad guys was just insanely fun.
Kung fu Panda where Po fights Tai Lung for the self-awaking that Po gets.

Top 3 (In my opinion):
1. Let it go
2. All-Star
3. All the princesses
If you have never seen or even heard of this frozen song, you be looked at as an outsider because this song is everywhere, it is even one of the most populated song in music history. I love All-Star because not only the song was awesome but the opening scene of Shrek was fantastic. Every time I watched the scene of meeting the princesses in Ralph breaks the internet, I Cringe! But it was great either way.

One I always looked forward to was when Maleficent finally snaps. Her chilling demeanor was iconic enough, but when her last trace of decency and care is taken away by her pet raven being turned to stone, she goes from cool and cunning to cruel and imposing! Her final statement, Now you will deal with me, and all the powers of Hell! and then transforming into what is still one of the most evil-looking dragons really sells that the gloves are off and she's out for blood!

I used to stop and rewind Once Upon A December from Anastasia all the time when I would watch it. That was one of the most breathtaking scenes I had ever seen in my youth, Disney or not. As for Frozen, I actually pick Show Yourself over Let it Go; the first one brought me to tears for happy moving reasons. the later broke me when I was suffering from depression.

This brings out an quite interesting question, why are there so few moments in live actions movies like that? Ghost busters, Conan the barbarian, The Shining and escape from New York - i have seen them many many times, with plenty of good scenes i want to see over and over again. Why is that not the case with movies made in the past 20 years?

When I was young I rewatch when Lugia in Pokemon 2000 used its Aeroblast so much that the videotape got stuck in the VHS and was destroyed. So my parents never bought me a video again until we got a dvd and we didn't got one until a long time after because a dvd then was to fancy for us at that time

Though I love Anastasia and have watched it many times, I'd have to say I've watched the In the Dark of the Night scene a lot more than the Once Upon a December part.
OMG, I love the music from that scene in Mulan, gives me goosebumps every time.

Dame Angela Landsbury said she thought it would be better if a different character sang the title song. She was asked for one take. Just one. They all thought it so flawless that single take is what wound up in the final movie.

That Bambi clip at the beginning reminded me of when I was a kid and would rewind Bambi to watch the intro to Thumper on repeat. I loved how their friendship blossomed along with, was it Flower the skunk?

The fact that there are no Lion King moments on this list almost invalidates it. I mean, The Circle of Life or Mufasa's death scene don't even merit honorable mentions? Come on, y'all. Really!

How to train your dragon has, in my opinion, one of the best soundtracks. All of the music is so beautiful and I haven't found a song I dislike! It always makes me emotional, anyone else?

Once Upon a December from Anastasia is definitely a great scene. The song itself is great too. I also enjoyed The First Flight from How to Train Your Dragon.

Pressure from Encanto was robbed of being nominated for best song in my opinion. We don't talk about Bruno only got bigger due to TikTok covers.

Is Where's my supersuit! from The Incredibles a joke to you? It's one of Samuel L. Jackson's most iconic lines, and he doesn't even swear!
