savage more like snarky and quirky over the top phoebe moments the way she puts it totally funny but idiotic just thought these moments were funny ones of her but when she was pregnant the hormones threw her right off course she yelled at everyone especially trying to get chandler to crack on his relationship with monica

I can't believe the scene in rehearsal dinner at Phoebe's wedding when Phoebe fired Monica because Monica taught Phoebe's speech was too long, didn't make this list. At least it should be in honorable mention. Phoebe screaming that Mike her fiancee can go to the bathroom anytime he wants always makes me laugh.
