I agree with this list 100%, however I wish Coco wasn't on it. I LOVE Coco, it's a masterpiece and a stunningly beautiful, and it genuinely taught me so much about Deo De Las Muertos, but that's the issue. It's not a Halloween movie, it's a Deo De La Muertos movie. It deserves to stand for its cultural holiday, not Halloween which is mainly celebrated in the northern hemisphere (I know Australia celebrates, but not as big as America and Ireland. It's still the season for day of the dead, so it could fit for a fall movie list. It might just be me nit picking, I can do that.
Seriously though, I thought the ratings were spot on.

I love how you got all my favorites in one I love Kathy Najimy in Hocus Pocus as well as The Scream Team Once you have sen The Scream Team all the way through though it doesnt feel so scary the second time you watch it - it just makes you sad With over 200 years of rage he forgets the promise he made to his wife and you just want him to remember what he is leaving behind and just want him to remember every time you watch that he will go back to her

I remembered a couple of Halloween cartoons and a movie that Ms. Mojo should have on the list. Actually these 2 cartoons are funny but a little scary for everyone and the movie is a little scary but it's great. The cartoons for Ms. Mojo are Lonesome Ghosts a Mickey Mouse cartoon and Trick or Treat a Donald Duck cartoon. But the movie is Return to Oz. Remember that the movie Return to Oz isn't the sequel to The Wizard of Oz.

I was once in a room with an even amount of people, not including myself and asked the questions:
Who here thinks that The Nightmare Before Christmas is a Halloween Movie?
&
Who here thinks that The Nightmare Before Christmas is a Christmas Movie?
It was split right down the middle!

My favorite Disney Halloween movie is Return To HaloweenTown-the Halloweentown series got better as it went along, the last movie in the series being the best.
I also love the Nigh mare Before Christmas-and every year, I use the movie to transition from Halloween to Christmas!

Love the original hocus pocus, icabod crane, and nightmare before Christmas. I also love coco but dislike that people associate it with Halloween since it's really about Day of the Dead (which by the way is Not Mexican Halloween, but really more like memorial day)

PSA! This year, in honor of its 30th anniversary, The Nightmare Before Christmas will be returning to theaters for a limited time! Also I think the ZOMBIES series should be on this list. They aren't set around halloween but the monsters theme fits the aesthetic.

Why in the hell is Hocus Pocus #3 and not #1! Sure, Nightmare Before Christmas is number one always, but putting Halloween-town in there screws Hocus Pocus over! My top 2 are always Hocus Pocus and Nightmare before Christmas.

Halloween Town High was my favorite! The idea of embracing and empowering people who are different, living an alternative lifestyle, and loving who you are was a powerful message. Halloween Town is an awesome place to live.

Hocus Pocus is my all time favorite halloween movie. In my personal opinion it should have been number 1, Under Wraps comes in 2nd for me. I never could get into The Nightmare Before Christmas but to each their own.

Welcome to the Haunted Mansion,
Where nonexistent is expansion!
The spooks around the crib
scare the hell out of folks.
They take any bib
To curse any man with strong strokes.

I think the Nightmare before Christmas gets too much credit as a Halloween movie. Yes it has Halloween themed characters but the actual story is more Christmas themed.

I love The Nightmare Before Christmas. At first when I was a kid with my cousins, I was scared but years later I got over it. Honestly, I can see it as a musical

Loved this nostalgic list,
But kinda surprised Tower of Terror wasn't an honorable mention.
There was even a ride in the parks for a good while.

No. No. No. No. No. No.
The Nightmare Before Christmas is without a doubt a Christmas movie. Not a Halloween movie. And Hocus Pocus should be number one

The black cauldron does not deserve to be hated. The animation is pleasant to look at and the plot is interesting. This deserves a 8 star review!
