okay the top 2 are just totally random picks and not at all the best! lupita should be wayyy higher, emma stone's 2015 lanvin jumpsuit should be at least top 3 (her 2012 CK dress is iconic too, angelina's 2012 or even 2011's versace gowns should be somewhere on the list!

People should really give more credit to Lupita. She is one of the few who always stuns and succeeds in making an impression. She should be #1, followed by J-lo. Permit me but these dresses weren't the best.
